Good location in the centre of Guernica near bars and tourist office. Room was pretty basic but adequate. Good, hot shower. The bottle of water and tea making facility was a nice touch. Biggest issue was the check-in hassle. There is a note on the door to check-in at the bar next door....but the bar was shut. There were several numbers stuck on the bar windows but it wasn't clear which to use and there was no answer initially. Given my phone was nearly flat, it was a big stress I really didn't need. Shame.

Me ha decepcionado por envejecido. Hacía 12 años que no volvía y me ha dejado un mal sabor de boca.

Ideal for a tired pilgrim, couldn't ask for anything better. The staff were incredibly helpful and super central. It's located right off the Camino trail so you can hit the ground running in the morning

Good for what you get

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, WLAN war okay. Das Hotel hätte man vor 30 Jahren mal renovieren müssen. Alles marode, abgewetzt und verschlissen.

The bar downstairs was welcoming with great food, the property and rooms were clean and well maintained and the restaurant down the street was delicious.

Chambre propre et calme, séjour sympathique.

Tres bon petit sejour dans cet hôtel situé en pleine ville. Hotel vieillissant mais tres bon rapport qualité/prix. Bar avec bons pintxos juste sous l’hôtel, pratique aussi pour le petit-déjeuner. Nous y reviendrons sûrement!

Una buena estancia, lo mejor el personal y la zona, estás en pleno centro.

Albergo in posizione centrale a pochi metri dal cammino del nord verso Santiago. Chech-in estremamente rapido, personale molto gentile. Camera piccola (ma come singola andava bene) ma pulita. Bagno essenziale.

En conclusión normal.

Alojamiento céntrico y tranquilo

Hotel céntrico ,muy bien ubicado.Personal muy atento y amable .Admiten mascotas cosa que es de agradecer.Debería de hacer alguna mejora como por ejemplo poner aire acondicionado. En días de calor se pasa mal y sobretodo las mascotas lo notan más.Pero por lo demás, está bien, es sencillo. Para unos días está bien.

Hôtel très bien placé dans un quartier vivant, chaleureux offrant de nombreuses options de restauration. Notre choix s’est porté sur Bolina del viejo.

Kamer lag op verdieping waar ze nog druk bezig zijn met verbouwen. Had geen last van geluid want daar hielden ze rekening mee. Maar voelde beetje raar. Kamer voelde ook nog niet helemaal af. Badkamerdeur gammel bijvoorbeeld. Denk wel dat alles er mooi uit gaat zien. De jongens achter de bar waren heel aardig en behulpzaam

Enseguida nos hicieron el checking y fueron muy amables.
