位置优越，服务周到！购物中心就在隔壁，步行一分钟即可到达！

所有 C/I 和 C/O 流程都非常快，房间清洁度也还可以，自助早餐的食物种类也非常丰富。

这是我们第二次入住万豪酒店，这次是为了庆祝新年，我只能说我们非常享受在这里的每一秒。房间宽敞干净，最棒的是食物！自助早餐和自助晚餐都非常美味！

房间干净整洁，位置便利，就在万达广场旁边。配备两张大床，免费迷你吧，每日补充饮用水。客房服务人员非常棒，每次见到我们都会询问是否需要任何帮助。

购物中心很大，非常适合住三天两夜。

有趣的家庭度假，孩子们很喜欢。

如果我们计划在城市度假，这就是我们的首选。

位置不错，因为直通购物中心，但所有浴室设施都需要改进。所有浴室设施都配不上五星级酒店的声誉。比M World Hotel还差。最好的是酒店总是会额外提供矿泉水。我们的房间还没准备好，所以我们不得不等到下午2:30。整理房间的时间需要改进，因为整理时间太长了，我们不得不在大堂等了大约1个小时才整理好房间。

工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。住宿环境很棒！一定会再来的。

非常不错的酒店，毗邻吉隆坡最大的购物中心之一。位置绝佳。

Although not a new hotel, the maintenance is really good. Rooms are clean, and the towels are clean. The location is great, connected to 1 Utama shopping mall, so there are plenty of options to eat and shop around.

Bilik upgrade terus ke deluxe king. Staff baik dan siap wish anniversary lagi. Dekat dengan mal, memang itu tujuan menginap di hotel ini.

Great location, clean rooms, but we got our rooms on the smoking floor even though we chose non-smoking rooms on our booking.

I didn't enjoy my stay at One World this time. First the toilet flush wasn't working, second the aircon in the room had an issue and was noisy throughout the night and last the silicone in the toilet was moldy. They finally change the room. The aircon was better but the mold is there and the worst endless knocking sound from somewhere. Location wise though is convenient. For the price that was paid I wish the hotel room experience was much better.

Shopping mall side by side. Many food outlet. Convenient. Will sure come and stay again.

Repeated stay, this time for business. Staff were accommodating with requests but the room was rather warm even when the aircon was on the lowest setting. Gym was big, spacious and adequate. Card key door malfunctioned on the last day of stay which locked me out of room after returning from breakfast. Thankfully, they managed to open the door within 30min but it gave me a scare I might miss the flight home. Nothing stopping me from returning. Good hotel.
