The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. And the room is Japanesen style and comfortable. They even provide ramen as night snack which is so sweet.

客房清潔，員工有禮。

整體很滿意。 只是房間洗澡位置於戶外，冬天去是真的很冷，建議到大浴場洗澡會比較好。 3個私人風呂去了2個，感覺是不錯的喇，晚上浸着看着天空中的星星很寫意。 一泊兩食的食物質素都很好。因為住了2天都訂了一泊兩食，剛好試了他們兩款的晚餐。他們的安排也很好～早餐不會重複、晚餐的甜品也沒有重複，這真的很細心。另外，是次是結婚周年慶祝，我們也先跟酒店聯絡有否可外購的慶祝服務，我們訂了晚餐時甜品dessert plate。他們還附送我們心意卡及小禮物，真的很驚喜。 當然不少得，不同時段的小食、宵夜拉麵等等都讓我們很滿意。 重點很近強羅車站，走過去只是1-2分鐘。

非常好的住宿地點

Overly priced; - Both quantity and quality of food in the dinner are not up to the standard for onsen hotel - Shower is completely outdoor, it's freezing to take shower in winter time - The open-air bath is not hot-spring water which is not explicitly specified on the booking page

房間大小適中，有小客廳，私人風呂，不用到外邊，當然有大浴池。早晚餐都是日式，中規中矩。附近真的什麼都没有。連便利店都不見。

溫泉有分人工碳酸泉、天然溫泉及獨立溫泉屋，可以在不同的地方享受溫泉，晚餐非常豐富，壽司1個人可以選擇五種非常與眾不同，還有提供免費的點心、冰棒、飲料隨住客取用，地點距離強羅車站非常近，非常方便。

一泊二食餐食質素高，房內有浴池露台非常舒適

nice place for hot spring

Natural hot spring is the main reason to stay, very close to the Gora station.

The stay is fine However, when I check out , the staff claimed that I haven’t paid for the stay and asked me to settle the payment After clarifying the whole issue, it was discovered that it was the problem of Expedia, therefore, I was very disappointed with the reservation experience because the hotel said that my booking had been cancelled and rebooked again by the Expedia. Moreover, one of the staff there was not helpful.

房間乾淨整潔，有私人風呂及tatami，很好的體驗！

Very convenient as it is very close to Gora Station. Food and facilities are great. Quite disappointed on cleanliness and services compared to my first stay few years ago.

離強羅站只有一分鐘之內路程，非常之方便。館內環境有日式亭園風味，適合拍照留念。而且館內有浴衣可以免費借用，也能穿到街上拍照留念。 可是温泉日久失修，感覺殘舊，檜木腐爛變形，而且滑潺潺。 房間被分配到全館最遠的地方，而且size 比較其他房間少，有點失望。(價錢相近，只是由hotel.com book) 晚餐早餐豐富，而且味道很好。員工友善，服務態度良好。

It was a nice place to relax with onsen. All staff were very helpful and polite.

房間整齊清潔，寬敞。房內私人風呂非常舒服。

位置方便，強羅站行往酒店大約3分鐘，前台服務員態度有禮，房間寬敞整潔，我們－行四人住－房，兩張單人床加二張和式床還有空間，房內露台有木製浴缸很特別，兩餐食物－般，晚上還有免費拉麵做消夜，整體滿意，會再次入住

酒店近強羅車站，是傳統日式溫泉，晚餐和早餐都很豐富，很滿意的溫泉旅程！

整體來說都蠻棒的 離車站也很近很方便 唯一缺點就是餐點不太好吃 沒有日式的感覺
