Zimmer waren sauber und in einem guten Zustand, Personal war freundlich. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Parkplätze, wohl immer voll und an der Straße sehr teuer (empfehle Seitenstraße).

Very clean, helpful staff, godd breakfast, no frills but very decent

La chambre était assez propre. Mais la moquette était tachée à certains endroits. Il y avait également des éclaboussures sur le mur et la porte de la chambre.

The hotel has excellent location and breakfast, but only provide one set of towels everyday for two people even it’s reminded.

It was a lovely stay and a great first experience in Paris. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, and the hotel had gorgeous architecture and charm. However, the supplies provided after room cleaning were not always sufficient. I was also surprised that there was no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room, although these were available in the reception area. The air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious — probably the part I enjoyed the most. I would recommend improving the in-room amenities and supplies for an even better guest experience.

Chambre propre et spacieux. 10 m’ du cœur des affaires à Paris

Dit is letterlijk het slechtste stadshotel dat ik ooit heb ervaren. Ten eerste had ik als absolute must een hotel gezocht met parking, bij aankomst zei de zeer man aan de balie dat de parking volzet was, hij vond het normaal dat parkings volzet kunnen zijn, dus daar stond ik dan, bijna nacht, 4 uur gereden en geen parking. Na 2 uur zoeken een parking gevonden 30 minuten stappen met bagage. Bij aankomst had de nachtbediende intussen overgenomen, we vroegen een drankje, maar hij zei dat de bar gesloten was, terwijl fe flesjes Cola gewoon achter hem stonden. Ik dacht dan neem ik wel iets op de kamer, maar helaas op de kamer is geen frigo, niets! ‘s Morgens was het ontbijt verschrikkelijk, er lagen enkel wat gekookte eieren, ik vroeg voor een roerei, maar dat hadden ze niet. Zelfs te lui om voor het ontbijt een roerei of spiegelei te voorzien, ik had dit echter nog nooit meegemaakt. Het personeel is absoluut niet geschikt om in een hotel te werken. Nooit meer Ibis voor mij.
