Room was very clean, staff was very nice and the area has a lot of good restaurants.

Classic 4 star hotel. Not much in the area. Can’t walk to anything so you will need taxi to go get food as there’s not much offering in the restaurant.

Staff and Room was great but there was an event (probably wedding) and you could hear the music in the room.

All of the staff was WONDERFUL😉

Hotel staff have been rude and disrespectful to us during our stay we’ve asked to talk to the manager they tell us manager isn’t there

Service was exceptional

We stayed for about 2-3 weeks on the last day they gave us a suite very safe and affordable there’s a restaurant that serves sushi very good sushi staff was friendly and accommodating

30 min from the airport. A great place to acclimatize to Nicaragua and plan your journey ahead. Helpful staff and a fantastic sushi restaurant- perfect for a quick stop in the capital.
