I didn’t get the room as the place that I booked someone staying and I tried to call the number that from your website not working, so that’s so bad, I need someone to do something about it please

Costumer service is ok but the room is too small for 9 person. I paid a room for 9 person but I a room for 4 person. I think I got rip off. Our 2 nights stay was terrible. No hot water in the shower
