We spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and food was very good. The bikes we rented were of great quality. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this great location.

Schloss Lieser is a wonderful start to any Mosel journey. The 19th-century Puricelli castle has been beautifully restored as an Autograph Collection hotel that keeps its historical character intact original family portraits, period details, and a real sense of place throughout. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a great balance between historic atmosphere and modern comfort. The location directly on the Mosel, surrounded by vineyards, is exceptional. Breakfast was excellent and the staff warm and professional. The Puricelli Restaurant was a highlight, with refined cuisine and an outstanding selection of Mosel Rieslings. Highly recommended.

Hotel com grande potencial. Estrutura espetacular e hotel bem localizado em Lieser, a 5 min de Bernkastel. Quarto amplo e bem decorado. Faltou o frigobar e chuveiro poderia ser melhor. Bom restaurante (Puricelli) com ótimo atendimento. Café da manhã muito bom. Equipe de funcionários muito heterogênea e que por vezes o atendimento deixa a desejar. Vale a pena!

As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, whatever best ratings I can possibly give for a hotel - I bestow upon this hotel. You absolutely MUST stay here, even if for just a day. It’s totally worth it!

Leider bietet der Service nicht das was das Haus von außen verspricht… definitiv ausbaufähig, es sind die Details die in einer solchen Kategorie zählen, immer eine volle Bar wennein Getränk bestellt wird, nicht erst in den Weinkeller verschwinden und nach 20 min wieder zurück sein, beim Frühstück immer alle Platten, Geschirr etc. aufgefüllt haben, Gepäck aufs Zimmer bringen und leider noch einiges mehr, wie gesagt Kleinigkeiten, aber bei dem Preis definitiv wichtig.

Sehr ruhige Lage, super Hotel

The breakfast was average, I expected more for the cost. Front desk staff were excellent, dinner service was inconsistent. Views were amazing, pool and sauna great; I would come back but not eat there.

Saubere Zimmer, bemühtes Personal,herliche Weihnberge zum Wander, sehr Haustierfreundlich.

Fantastisk sted, men service er de ikke gode på. Det gjelder både resepsjon, restaurant og bar.

das erste zimmer war eine Dachkammer, am ersten Abend war für die Hausgäste angeblich kein Tisch auf der Terrasse zu Essen frei. Nachdem wir extern essen waren, besuchten wir nochmal die terrasse un des gab noch einige Gäste, die ncit reserviert hatten, die speisen konnten? Auch eine Hinterlegung von Cash am Empfang kenne ich nicht, obwwohl ich zB Stamm gats in Hilton, Innside und Bayerischen Hof bin . Man macht einfach einen Kreditkarten Abzug beim Check in und sie haben genug Sicherheit, auch wenn das Zimmer im vorhinen bezahlt wurde

Tolles Boutique Hotel

Ein wirklich schönes Schloss, der Garten ist wunderschön und das Restaurant ist toll. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!
