The kettle in my room was full of lime scale and they had no more kettles so we didn't use it. The plates and cups were not very clean and the glasses smelt and put us of from enjoying the breakfast. The staff did not have hair nets or any uniform and didnt look very professional.

Staff were excellent; very friendly and extremely welcoming. Parking was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very hot, but we are in the middle of a heatwave - but there’s a supermarket literally next door which sells ice and cold drinks, which were definitely a lifesaver! Would absolutely stay here again though - only 40 mins drive from Wembley, with easy connections into London if needed.

On the last day, the sausages served looked like they might have been a vegetarian option, but nothing like the ones served the day before. They looked completely different and were of very poor quality. When we mentioned it, the staff again became defensive, claiming the previous day’s sausages had simply been frozen, which was supposedly the reason for the difference. But the appearance was clearly different, not just the texture, and the quality was noticeably worse.

I was very surprised at how good this hotel was for the price. I paid for a single room with shared toilet & shower (the cheapest room available). The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shared toilet and shower was immaculate. I also surprised at the quality of the breakfast the next day. I have used 'surprised' a few times as I have stayed in many more expensive hotels that were not as good as this place. If you are after decent accommodation on a budget with a great breakfast then you struggle to find a place as good as this for the price

Room was clean. Sufficient parking space. For a budget hotel breakfast offer was good.

Had to run around in the shower to get wet!!! Could let customers know prior to arrival that reception is on other side of a busy road. Noisey corridor doors outside room.

Last minute booking the down side shared toilet in the hallway I didn't realise when booking otherwise the stay was a success. Shame about the weather being soooo hot the room did get overheated.

Basic needs met in a reasonably priced (including a free car park on site) hotel. Nothing to fault really. Reception / manager very friendly and efficient. Even though 2miles away from Slough town centre, it is served directly outside the door by a very frequent, nearly 24hrs bus service.

The place was quite clean. The check in staff particularly helpful when I stated that I had a particular reference with regards to the room I was offered.

I arrived late but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and directed me to my room. The walls were a bit thin but I eventually got to sleep and slept well in a comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent! I would have had it twice ! Definitely would recommend. Thanks

Great guest house, the place is clean, tidy and well kept. The staff are friendly, plenty of parking and included breakfast was a real bonus. Would happily stay again.

Stayed here as a stop off on way to Winchester Room was clean bathroom abit small but was ok for our stay owner very helpful breakfast was very good great choice near to Windsor the bus stop is right near to hotel then catch a train would stay here again
