Fabulous!

Loved the hotel

Nicely renovated rooms - albeit small. Beautiful building, lovely swimming pool area. But the infrastructure is where the good things stop. There must be some process or training issues with the personnel because we experienced some issues that should not exist at this price point: first off the receptionist forgot to actually check us in so we appeared as no-show, which got us into an awkward conversation at the breakfast reception. Then the swimming pool area was missing the following: toilet paper in the toilet, shower gel in the shower by the pool, and also ingredients for one of their few drinks on the menu (so you’d except they would stock up). The shower gel was still not refilled the next day, proving this step is simply missing from the personnel checklist. All in all not a 5-star experience.

The staff was all excellent and helped us select some great local restaurants.

Staff were very difficult to get in touch with and unhelpful when I needed assistance with my reservation.

Over priced for what you get. No place to park car. Had to drag suit cases from a parking garage 4 blocks away.

This was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Small rooms but everything was immaculate. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service du début à la fin. Personnel aux petits soins, très belle chambre au calme, piscine extérieure très agréable et salle de sport pratique et avec tout le nécessaire. Peut être juste la salle du petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus chaleureuse mais produits de qualité.

Overall the hotel was fantastic.

The service, attention to detail, rooms and hotel in general were exceptional.

A very modern decor coupled with a highly professional staff made for an excellent stay. Perfect central location.
