職員友善，地點位置方便，早餐豐富，但房間太細太窄，2樓就近樓下巴士站有點嘈（經常聽到樓下人聲），近馬路聽到車聲，無景觀因為一開窗便與路人對望，需長期拉窗簾，廁所門難開關，床單多毛粒。

位置佳，有住客停車位很加分

房間很新，只是燈光有點暗；服務人員態度很棒；早餐好吃。 唯一缺點是停車位真的不多，高機率需要另外到街邊找停車位。

The hotel staff Erik and the one who responsible for 17-18/12 night shift staff are very helpful and nice, really appreciate! The room is clean, warm and cozy! (Erik gave extra lamp to us)

Yes the hotel had a restaurant with a bar on site. Tjos location you have breakfast can be added to your syay for a fee well worth it. The front desk.staff was helpful. The young lady that served us in the restaurant was such a pl3. I wish I could recall her name. This location was easily accessible to store and easy for excursion pick ups. You walk out and bus route 9 is not even a minute away, its was right around the corner. You could walk to multiple locations from this area. Great spot I would stay here again

room was clean(spotless) excellent front desk most of the tourist places were walkable resturants, bar, cafe are all close by room service was excellent, cleaned our room room was bit cold hotel didn't have enough parking(hectic finding a street parking) there were some stains on the carpet room was small (3 people). couldn' walk freely since additional bed was added, luggage on the floor

Had to add another night on due to airline changing flights. Hotel was really accommodating and no issue merging our bookings together. Highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend. Perfect location for a city centre stay. Spotless hotel. Nice breakfast. Staff were lovely and the hotel is very modern / smart. Only critique is that the rooms are quite dark and don’t have great lighting - just need more lamps - but no biggie lol. Would stay again. Thank you :)

Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A hot tub at the location would have made this experience top notch. The restaurant was delicious and service was great!

Location is central to everything. The hotel design is modern. Great place to stay.
