Camera confortevole ma con pochi servizi: - manca un bollitore per fare tisane / tè - solo una bottiglia di acqua da mezzo litro nel frigo in camera - bar chiuso Ottima colazione.

I'm giving this hotel 3 stars because the staff was fantastic. Our room was pretty dirty. Cobwebs were prominent throughout and floors were gritty. I'm glad I had socks to wear after showering. The water in our shower wouldn't drain the first night and there was water leaking from the base of the sink, creating puddles of water on the tile floor (imagine the surprise to walk onto a wet floor in the middle of the night). That being said, staff tood care of of this promptly the next day and all was well for showers the second evening! If I were to stay in Modena again, I would probably choose something in the city center. If you have a car, this location is fine. We relied on the public bus system.

The room was very poor, and badly furnished. It was clean and good bed and simple hose shower. I was expecting a better Italian design and functionality. Good breakfast

Orrendo ! Un hotel non può avere 4 stelle nelle condizioni attuali. Porte di ingresso alla camera rumorose e vecchie, arredi delle camere minimali e anni 80 che non si possono guardare.

This was a very comfortable, quiet, clean place to stay. The property and room are generally in good condition though a tad bit past their prime, but not to any degree that impacts one's stay. There is plenty of parking and it is very easy to get to the city center on public transport (and in the city center parking and driving would be very challenging). There are several nearby restaurants and a large supermarket that is a very short walk away. The room has a fridge so you can store refridgeratables. No coffee maker in the room.

Camera pulita ma con caldo eccessivo. Poca attenzione alle richieste e area “bistrò” ampiamente rivedibile per lo spazio riservato e per qualità del cibo

Old style. Non è valso i soldi spesi. Le camere sono da ammodernare.

Hotel con il doppio delle stelle effettive. A mezzanotte sono arrivati degli ospiti ( non italiani come il 90% del totale) che hanno schiamazzato x mezz’ora. In bagno c era un asciugamano usato ma mai lavato. Colazione così così. Personale educato e preparato.

We did not stay here, I had tried canceling the reservation each before our arrival and right after the reservation was made. They said I could cancel up till two days before, but they wouldn’t and I’m still trying to have this reservation canceled and not charged to my account!

Die Zimmer sind funktional, aber nicht modern.

El personal muy atento y servicial, buen desayunol. Es fácil llegar al centro con coche. No obstante, deberían reformar los baños del hotel, y los exteriores del hotel

Glad to arrive and find parking available and a friednly staff receiving us at the lobby. The room was a good size and clean. Location is bit out of the town limits right next to a gas station. We were pleased with the morning buffet breakfast options included.

It was hard to find with goodle öaps but the hotel is on the main road. The location is a bit outside of central zone but there are bus stops and supermarkets nearby. I had an amazing time, hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious enough. I had a nice conversation with Mrs. Marina at the reception and Im thankful for all the help. I recommend it to anyone who needs a petit hotel with a lot of smiles.
