The room had bad smell waited hours down stairs at front desk to get issues resolved after 10 hours of traveling and after paying almost $1,700 for the 3 night stay issue was never was resolved had to keep the room because of the major events going on there were no other hotels available in the area then the hotel offered another room that room smelled the exact same then the cleaning staff supervisor came to the room and agreed it had bad smell and brought in a humidifier that eventually stopped working and now the hotel refused to give any sort of refund not even partial this was real waste of money but thanks to hotels.com they offered at least something for our troubles
