入住的洋房舒適寬敞也很乾淨，房間內附設的游泳池比預期中小，但還堪用。旅館員工很友善，服務也很好。浮潛環境及設備都很不錯；SPA非常棒；餐廳的海鮮可麗餅非常美味。如果我的假期夠長，真想在這裡再多待幾天。

Brunch expensive and disappointing

The Moorea Lagoon and Spa should definitely be on the top of your list, the accommodations were clean and are exactly as advertised. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. My wife is Celiac with allergies to Rice, Oats and Soy and each restaurant on site went out of their way to ensure that there was a meal she could eat and enjoy. Even went so far as to make her something that was not on the menu but was fitting for her dietary needs. I would highly recommend staying here and if you can, go for the premium panoramic view over the water bungalows, the sunsets were absolutely stunning.

This hotel was truly amazing like stepping into a postcard! The crystal clear water and magnificent landscaping created a magical, serene atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. One of our favorite parts was snorkeling right outside our bungalow, where we were surrounded by beautiful marine life and breathtaking views. Every moment felt special, and the natural beauty of the property was simply unforgettable. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Absolutely amazing resort, wow! Such a beautiful spot and so chill private and not over crowded. The people there are super friendly and helpful, and the lagoon is to die for! Will definitely go again.

Beautiful room over the water. Could use a refresh. Staff was less than helpful; we felt like an inconvenience. We were offered a free continental breakfast our first day but not after that. Unsure why.

Absolutely amazing ! Trip of a lifetime- not sure how anyone could give an unfavorable review- We did a 1 night stay as we were cruising and had an overnight dock in Papette. Took ferry to Moore a was the best decision of the trip! Everyone at hotel especially the valet guys and bar tender Mr T were so helpful and friendly! Air conditioning in our bungalow was fine room awesome and views unmatched. Pool was gorgeous with helpful entry ramps with railing. It is very hot and humid so bring sunscreen and swim shirts or cover ups. Many shaded areas to sit and enjoy the breeze and views. Fans are also in restaurant areas. Breakfast buffet superb with many local dishes as well as expected cuisine. Dinner buffet and show lots of fun with many delicious regional food choices. Shop staff friendly and beautiful. Loved loved loved this stay! BOOK IT —SO WORTH THE SPLURGE

As many other reviewers have noted, the setting is spectacular. The expectation is that such a beautiful property must surely be 5 star rated. But upon closer inspection, its luster quickly wears off. The huts are all tired, and in need of some updating. Wallpaper is peeling, and torn in places, and cleanliness is below average for any level of hotel. Perhaps most disappointing was the quality and variety of the restaurants. They were simply abysmal. Imagine a mediocre breakfast buffet for $50+! Or 2 cups of coffee for $12! Bottom line – if you’re OK with eye candy, gracious hardworking staff, but horrible dining, you’ll be happy with the property. If you want a true Hilton 5 Star experience, you won’t find it at this disappointing location

Everything about our stay was incredible! We loved the room, the snorkeling, the service, the staff, everything was perfect. It was a dream to stay there!
