Everything was just okay..with the exception of a newly opened fine dining restaurants called tuubuk....service is they sell cigars ....unfortunately the staff and amenities are geared towards cruises and busses...catering for en mass ...they lack the ability to provide individual attention especially when travelli g during summer and at the highest rates !!!! I suspect you get better attention to detail when youre there by yourself in winter ....and at the cheaper rates ...go figure !!!!

Fantastisk morgenmad i hyggelig restaurant

駐車場ありとの表記をみて予約しましたが、ホテル専用駐車場はありません。 ホテル前の路上駐車エリアが6台前後、9-18時に30分だけ駐車できます。 18-9時にも空いていれば駐車できますが、運良く駐車できても予定より早い毎朝9時までに車を停め変えに出なければならないのが非常に苦痛でした。 空いていない場合や、9時以降停め続ける場合には近隣の駐車場に停める必要があります。 駐車できる可能性が高い大きな駐車場までは歩いて10分弱もかかりますし、そこも最大8時間しか停めれないのでとにかくレンタカーの人には苦痛かもしれません。 大きな駐車場からは道は綺麗なのでスーツケースなどを持って歩けなくはないですが、雨や風の多い地域なのでおすすめしません。 私は毎日23時前後にホテルに戻ったので、レストラン関連の人たちが路上駐車から出ていくのを見計らって何周かしながら空きを待ちました。 あとフェロー諸島独特なのかわかりませんが、駐車時間を示す時計状のメーターについてレンタカー会社から説明を受けていなかったため、自分で調べる必要がありました。 チェックインはわかりやすくフレンドリーでした。 チェックイン時に系列レストランなどの割引券を3種類もらいますが、1人だったので条件的に使うことはありませんでした。 エレベーターも2つあり長く待つことはないかと思います。 部屋は2階でタイプは忘れましたが、レトロなイメージの室内デザインは良いですが、水回りがアメリカの古いモーテルのようなにおいがしました。 好きではない匂いですが、出入りのときしか気になりませんでした。 シャワーブースは同じ系列の別のホテルよりは広かったです。 全身シャンプーのみしかありません。 あと洗面台はハンドソープを使うと汚してしまう設計だったのが残念です。 大きめの窓がありますがカーテンでほぼ遮光できました。 冷蔵庫もしっかり冷える小さなサイズのものが備え付けてあり、ミニバーで埋め尽くされていますが棚に十分なスペースがあるので全て入れ替えることができました。 電気は暗めかもしれません。 清掃についてもフレンドリーに確認していただき助かりましたが、虫の多い季節に窓を開けて換気していただいているのが安心できませんでした。 チェックアウトもスムーズで特に問題ありません。 ベイエリアのレストランは24時まで空いているところもあるため、立地は非常に便利でした。 書店やカフェも歩いてすぐです。

Det er meget lydt på hotellet. Alt kan høres på værelserne

We had a flooded shower room. Felt bad about the couple below us, it was dripping water down to their room. However the staff was helpful to come quickly to fix the issue.

Fantastisk sauna og personale

Det var ikke så godt, at der ingen håndvask var på toilettet, men det var på værelset.

We loved our room at Hotel Hafnia. We were in the annex building. We did have to carry luggage a bit to get there, but the room was very nice and shower pressure was good. Our daughter slept in the loft area. Highly recommended. A bit of noise at night but overall great!

Nice staff! Super thin walls and the top level is used for celebrations that can be heard throughout the hotel all night. Earplugs available at front Desk says a lot. Great location.

Dejligt sted og personale 🤗

Rommet var helt ubrukelig. Vindu rett ut mot en vegg og trafikk ut/inn en inngang rett ved vindu. Masse trafikk og smelling med dører. Var som at vi hadde andre gjester som hadde etterfest inne på rommet hele kvelden/natten. Tror vi bevist fikk dette elendige rommet fordi vi bestilte via Hotels.com - vi burde få en beklagelse og pengene tilbake.
