Breakfast had a variety of options Room was clean but refrigerator was not working well, I made a report about this, they came to check it but still did not work well- my drinks were not cold .

Stellar hotel with warm, welcoming staff.

This hotel made our holiday stay in Abuja lovely. I highly recommend. The rooms were nice and the service was 5 stars. We also enjoyed the NYE celebration which included live performances.

They forgot to pick me up at the airport. Wheb I finally arrived, I waited 10 mins before someone acknowledged me at the reception. Then they double charged me and then broke my credit card so that it wouldnt work again in any machine. The TVs and wifi are unreliable. There are too many people and they are too busy with other events rather instead of focusing on the hotel guest experience. They tried to solve things with a cheap bottle of wine, but every day there was an issue.

The hotel is begging for some refurbishment ,especially the gym. The food was ok at the breakfast otherwise by the pool restaurants not very good. The bed was very comfortable and generally the room was quiet . The Hotel is ok but feels like stuck in the 70’s
