The food is far too overpriced as they know there is no other options nearby they make it expensive- we have eaten out in Sydney on New Year’s Eve for less!! If you book a tour through the hotel it won’t run if you’re the only one on it, because they want the money (over 60NZD to drive for 10 minutes to the To Sua trench!) No tour operators will pick you up from the hotel as it’s too far away… The staff were nice but constantly forgot our drinks (bottle of water or coke). The food itself is average, when you’re paying these prices for food you expect it to be better. Overall the food/amenities are FAR too overpriced- it’s cheaper to eat in NZ and AUS than it is at this resort in SAMOA.

Amazing place, excellent friendly staff, beautiful well kept facilities and grounds. Loved the pool, beach and bars. Everything is so clean and well presented. Great food and cocktails. Can not fault anything, HIGHLY recommend.

A beautiful relaxed environment.

Wonderful staff with kind and relaxing demeanor, clean facilities and rooms, immaculate outdoor spaces. Only reason for four out of five (and this might have been just an off season thing) the pool bar was unmanned randomly part of the time and 4out of five dinners lost something in translation between order and delivery. But still a very enchanting retreat for those just looking to relax in the tropics with infinite kindness, numerous exploratory opportunities and very nice water.

The resort and staff are amazing. Highly recommend. Ata is amazing! It was however very disheartening though when the owner of the resort kept yelling and using very colourful language at staff in front of guests. No one should speak to their staff like that!

The beach was lovely to swim in and the pool bar

Out door shower was amazing, the staff were 10/10. Fiafia night was absolutely awesome, unlimited food and the performers were so entertaining even tho they were a small group. The view of the ocean was spectacular. We had booked the jetty for dinner as well, such an awesome experience. Thank you Saletoga for the best stay.

The room was a nice size, the door at the back was faulty, the fridge had rust along the bottom, top of toilet had stains over it, the safe was very worn and rusty. We tried watching a dvd, the tv was old and had thick lines across the screen. The beach and pool we're amazing, breakfast was also great, amazing variety to choose from...

Second time staying here. Love this property and will be back to stay again sometime, for sure!

Amazing location, lovely staff and good menu options.

Absolutely loved our stay! Saletoga is such a beautiful resort - perfect for both adults and families. Our rooms were spotless, and housekeeping came by every morning to refresh everything with clean towels and toiletries. The vibe was amazing, the staff were so friendly, and the resort had every amenity you could possibly want for a relaxing holiday. We stayed right on the beachfront, and the rest of our family was spread across the family section and the garden villas - all the rooms were huge and absolutely stunning. We were there for 5 days with a big group celebrating our uncle’s birthday, and it honestly couldn’t have been a better place for a family celebration. This is hands down my favourite place we've stayed in Samoa - and we've stayed at both Sheratons, Tanoa, Taumeasina, Coconuts, and a few of the smaller resorts. Saletoga tops them all! Thank you, Saletoga, for an unforgettable holiday. We’re already excited to come back!

Great location, rooms were of a high standard. Food was overall pretty good, just some issues with consistency from one night to the next. Same goes for the cocktails. Staff were very friendly and accomodating across the resort and made our family feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again!

Room was Amazing for 2 The extra we paid for the 3rd bed & forgotten 3rd person was not value. For ocean front perfect view. Others told us they got lavalavas & massage vouchers, cocktail courtesy etc. Nothing outstanding. Had to ask for extra bath towel

Best property we found on the island to stay. Nothing was too much trouble and everything is maintained and kept to a high standard. Reasonable prices and nice breakfast.
