I like the property nice and clean but did not expect there was no bottle of water as a complimentary. Maybe it is not . But it’s ok I brought my own bottle of water.

Overall experience was goo.

Weekend stay was impressive for providing family fun on many levels. We had three rooms. The various pools were well maintained with life guards. The pirate show was great entertainment for all. It exceeded expectations. The food was average at the show, but portions large. The grounds were well maintained with many flame trees and other flowering plants in bloom. Water features were everywhere and blended into the overall island atmosphere. The room was clean and modern. Everything worked perfectly! Breakfast buffet variety was a plus. Jenny in guest services was especially helpful. There are multiple buildings/towers — signs guide the way and staff was always friendly and helpful. A longer stay is my only regret.

Clean property

We were situated in Oceana A and the room was very spacious. The view of the gardens, waterpark, and beach was also amazing!

Amazing stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The rooms had mold or signs of old mold. The rug was damped. The balcony had a lot of sand.

Loved how easy everything was! Definitely will be back again this summer with my family!

日本語スタッフが沢山いて丁寧に説明して頂き安心して宿泊する事ができました。ご飯は夕食だけ頂きましたが、とても美味しく、量が多くてお腹いっぱいになります。プールも沢山な滑り台やバスケ、綱引き、バレー、バケツプール、まだまだ沢山ありすぎてあそびきれません。海も綺麗すぎです。また機会あれば泊まりに行かさせて頂きます。ありがとうございました

We are locals and wanted to enjoy a weekend at the hotel. The rooms were great. I did not like the beds as they felt like sleeping on a floor or hard wood. That aside there were some issues with the room, I figured they would address it like the next day, but instead they came to the room and fixed the issue. Thus hotel is really family friendly. We enjoyed the park immensely! Clean water, lot's of life guards and just overall very relaxing. We ate dinner at the buffet place. Good food, good atmosphere and price not to bad on the wallet. Room AC was COLD! I loved it. My kids enjoyed thier room and the free wifi. Totally recommend unless you're about the bed comfort. Small price to pay to enjoy everything else.

The water park is great.

Nice enough place for families. Since most amenities are only available from 9-5, it has much less appeal for a business traveler like me. I would have liked to do a short snorkeling or kayak run in the late afternoon but this was not possible.

The facilities are quite old, and there are some issues like poorly fitted doors and less-than-perfect cleanliness. However, these are more than outweighed by the excellent amenities such as the pool and the beach. It’s a hotel I would definitely want to return to.
