Great staff. Facilities are old and lack of maintaince.

Very clean room, nice pool area and good breakfast. The little private porches are nice too. Not too much near the hotel and not maybe amenities but price was in line with expectations.

The room was very clean, thoigh a bedspread was stained. The pool area is lovely, and breakfast was sufficient. We unplugged the tv after it turned on by itself. Staff were friendly

Overall we had a great experience. Chamilia (i may have her name wrong) and blond desk attendant were very friendly and courteous. Great breakfast with options, clean and well kept up rooms and area. We loved that we had a microwave and stove, and blond attendant helped us with gas line. A few small issues; maid cleaned up our room even though we asked for them not too, this included dumping out my coffee cup. A few long dark hairs were on our towels, too dark to be ours :) Next time i stay there i may bring ear plugs, i'm an "early bird" but nearby roosters sounding off at 3 or 4 in the morning tests even MY limits.

Rooms were clean staff was very friendly and when my flight was canceled they were able to accommodate me for an extra week at a fair price

The room smells very clean. But it is very very basic. It's nice that there's a kitchenette there. I don't know if the gas works. But there is a big fridge. And there 8s a nice for such aplace

I’m incredibly grateful for this place. Coconut Inn took me in at a time when most hotels were fully booked due to airline issues, flight delays, and cancellations. There was an issue with another property that did not confirm my stay, and although I was stranded without a hotel, Expedia stepped in and helped relocate me within about an hour to Coconut Inn. From the moment I arrived, everything turned around. Check-in took about five minutes, and the woman at the front desk was super kind, friendly, and welcoming. I was experiencing anxiety and panic after the uncertainty of not having a place to stay, and she was incredibly supportive and reassuring. They immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. The room was extremely clean, the pool was great, and the free breakfast was wonderful—a much-appreciated bonus after such a stressful day. It was perfect for what I needed: clean, comfortable, affordable, and welcoming for an overnight stay. Beautiful exterior property. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially if you value cleanliness, kindness, and a place that comes through when travel plans don’t go as expected. THANK YOU FROM LA!

Hotel simples em uma localização central. Não é resort mas oferece piscina e café da manhã justo. A equipe de atendimento é ótima e a estadia foi boa. Preço justo especialmente considerando para quem for explorar a ilha durante a estadia.
