My room was on 5/F and their restaurant is on 6/F. During weekend, they are having party everynight and the music is so loud until 2am that i couldn't sleep at all.

面港的房間很棒，但是竟然在2樓，景觀都被大樹擋住，非常可惜！ 從火車站走到飯店只要10-15分鐘，非常方便，從6樓頂樓可以直接往賭場方向走。房間非常大，很乾淨，但房間的小茶包2包要價4歐，有嚇到！客房押金是100歐！廁所很大，有按摩浴缸！沿著港口就可以輕鬆走到王宮。

The hotel prepared a bottle of red wine, some fruit and snack and a card for our honeymoon. It's wonderful!!!

The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it. One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something . I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back.

Our room smelled like smoke - even though it was non smoking room. They offered to move us in the morning but it was a short trip Ac was great , staff was mostly responsive The shower was backing up , asked them to look into it nothing happened . Charging ports next to bed were not working , not fixed Room was spacious, great view , very convenient location This hotel can be much better with more upkeep The rooms were very clear and comfortable
