Clean room and the friendly staff.

The beach is for the view not the amenities. There is a regular beach not too far away. The view is beautiful sitting on your balcony drinking a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The hotel staff is top notch. We will definitely be returning.

Staff is wonderful. The rooms and common areas very clean and the location is excellent. Only complaint would be the interior is a bit dated and could use a facelift. We would definitely come back

Absolutely loved our time here. Wished we were staying longer . Michelle gave us the earnest welcome and ushered us straight into a rum lunch party that was going on. An amazing find. Great location , clean and lovely staff

Photos made it look like there was a beach but there was no beach, just an unswimmable waterfront. All food there and in surrounding restaurants very expensive, I.e. $40 nachos. This is apparently party central for Barbados, not YellowBird but the neighborhood which had a street party maybe

Room needed mopping and table near balcony was dusty and so was beneath the pull out bed/ couch. This was attended by the staff, immediately. We got 100BD$, voucher. Thank you Marvelous, very helpful, courteous staff. My daughter slept on the pull out bed, which was and is lumpy rm 405. This bit of information was given to us in the plane on our return flight. I did request a two bed room prior to our arrival but was given a king size bed and a pull out bed. Hence, an okay rating, mainly for the bed which was used for 3 nites. Wonderful staff and sea view and hotel location. Ideal location for me, a pub hopping kinda guy. Thanks

We loved being on the ground floor and walking out to the pool for a morning swim. Large room with kitchenette. Really fun location. I was impressed to receive a message even before I got home that I had left my phone charger behind! Not for beach swimmers or those with problems climbing stairs to a 2nd or 3rd floor room though!

I regret to share that my recent stay at this hotel did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, I found that the room had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. The curtains were noticeably dirty, the blanket appeared improperly washed, and the floors had not been mopped. Additionally, the television and its remote were in poor working condition. Overall, the room felt outdated and would benefit greatly from a comprehensive upgrade.

Beautiful beach view and excellent staff. Enjoyed a week stay at this boutique hotel and would definitely stay again. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Everything here was great. Room was very nice and spotless. Pool area was excellent and all of the staff were very friendly and attentive.

It was a pleasure staying with the Yellow Bird. The staff was courteous and helpful and the room services were excellent! However, I would have loved if the pool was opened a bit later as they closed off at 9 pm. Would definitely recommend them.
