We chose this place because of its proximity to the Ayeyarwaddy International School where are daughter teaches. It is a good budget hotel. You can't beat the price. Air condition worked well, wifi worked well, good cleaning service, friendly staff. The breakfast was adequate. It could have been kept warmer. Fried eggs every day and a variety of different Asian foods. French toast once; yogurt every day. Good coffee.
