Mango Bay Resort is in a great area with a beautiful beach, access to great restaurants, and within short driving distance to scenic, historical, and nature reserves. The staff is very accommodating, and I sincerely hope they are paid adequately.

Excellent hotel. Barbados has suffered with out of season storms. Mango Bay has maintained its beach and was great to spend most of our days there. The hotel is directly on the beach. Food was good. Service, in the main, was good. The hotel had some staffing issues, during the time we were there. However, this did not detract from our overall experience. We took advantage of the locals who take you out to swim with turtles. Lorenzo is highly recommended. Make sure you book an early swim, 09:30, don’t be late and you’ll get there before the 5 or 6 catamarans that head out a bit later! Overall we really enjoyed our holiday. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout out for Ross the restaurant manager, I believe, very professional, polite, friendly and helpful.

Remembering this is 3 star it is very good. Great location and right on the beach. Traditional Barbados hotel more suited to those wanting a quiet relaxing holiday.

Location is perfect. Beach is pristine. Staff are super friendly. Food is a bit basic but we did have some good meals and breakfast was always good.

O hotel é bem velho, os quartos faltam manutenção, mas o pior é a equipe, não todos mas a maioria. Nada simpáticos. Na hora do checkout fomos cobradas por um valor que não consumimos depois de muita argumentação percebemos que eles estavam cobrando a conta de outro quarto. Ao avisarmos fomos ainda mais maltratadas e em nenhum momento houve um pedido de desculpas . O Sr Ryan da recepção além de tudo ainda foi ríspido e mandou nos afastar da sua mesa. Um horror, não volto nunca mais! E não recomendo esse lugar. Inaceitável!

All staff lovely esp Maxine and Rayden. Couldn't be more helpful. Booked an ocean view room but we were on the ground floor so couldn't see much of the ocean but our main bug bear was people sitting right outside our room patio talking loudly and smoking from early morning to late evening. Really spoilt things for us...

Food was terrible except breakfast. Service was awful except Dominique & Donnell. They were incredible & actually understood customer service!

All inclusive property, great for fun seekers. there are Bar and plenty of Music nearby.

It would take a lot to get us to return back to the hotel. Highlights: - location - private beach/ bar service at beach - lovely check-in service. Stopped there. Lowlights: - majority of staff were rude. Evident change in staff's friendliness when Mr Odle, the owner, appeared at the hotel. - food variety was unhealthy and lacking. Hotdogs and fried chicken were offered on New Year's Day lunch and the 'snack bar menu' wasn't available because 'the chef said so'. - must book your time slot in for lunch and dinner which felt restrictive - forced to eat off plastic plates and use disposable cutlery on New Year's Eve because they needed the plates for the dinner later on in the evening - 'spa' services not accessible. We had to WhatsApp the spa ourselves for them to only reply after we checked out days later. Missed opportunity for the hotel. Feels terribly budget despite the rooms being well kept. Wouldn't recommend unless you like a limited menu offering beige food, rude staff and want to get drunk by the beach with cheap alcohol.

Room so basic, I couldn’t get hot water and shower was pathetic. Room on fourth floor no lift and I struggled with stairs. Receptionist rude. All very tired and in need of a refurbishment
