A EQUIPE de um modo geral é bem hostil ao hóspede. Parece que estamos “de graça” e eles fazendo um favor. Poucos funcionários e não tratam bem. Tudo pago, até a cadeira da praia. Não indico e não volto, uma pena, apesar de terem nos dado uma garrafa de espumante para amenizar a situação.

Clean and beautiful room. We had the Sea-view Suite with the private plunge pool. The housekeeping staff took great care of us. Everyone was very friendly

Hospedagem sensacional! Fui atendido muito bem desde a chegada. Atendentes com sorriso no rosto e muito solícitos! Além disso, vale a pena destacar as instalações. Piscinas fascinantes e o hotel ainda conta com estrutura de restaurantes, como o Canana e Mood. A localização dentro da ilha também é um diferencial!

Property is a great location but the bed was terrible. It was not comfortable at all and you could hear the music from the beach all the way to the room.

We chose the Kontiki Curaçao Beach Resort for a very special occasion — New Year’s Eve — because of its stunning location and the promise of a memorable experience. Unfortunately, the reality was deeply disappointing. During the booking process, we specifically asked about New Year’s Eve activities at the hotel. Instead of receiving clear information, we were repeatedly reassured and told to wait. Only after our arrival were we finally informed that no reservations were possible for just two people. By then, it was far too late to make proper alternative plans. What made this especially frustrating was the lack of responsibility taken by the hotel. Rather than offering solutions, we were simply sent a list of external links where we might possibly find something elsewhere on the island - including eye-rolling staff. Our dream of a beautiful New Year’s Eve in this resort completely fell apart. For a hotel in this price and quality category, we expected far better service, transparent communication during the booking process, and viable options for hotel guests — especially for such an important occasion. Sadly, this experience left us feeling let down and disappointed.
