One thing very unique to this property it the entertainment (animation) team. Those guys, are over and beyond anyone expectations and makes this location a unique destination. They've activities all day, from dancing, aquarobics and live acrobatic and music shows, and all that for FREE, at no extra cost ... amazing. Also, location is within walking distance to a lot of attractions and dining places. However, the property need to improve on the following: 1) a face lift, a bit of renovation 2) mosquitoes, that was a nightmare, everywhere from open area to the rooms 3) breakfast was basic, you should consider having variety 4) trip charges where 5 times expensive, while across the road you could get much cheaper options

В отель мы не попали, так как при заселение сообщили что проблемы с канализацией именно в нашем номере (бронирование было сделано в июне-июле 2018 года), при этом других туристов заселяли. Что успел увидеть по отелю, территория симпатичная (бегают свои обезьянки, которые животные), убирают ну не спешно и с вытекающим последствием в качестве ))) Заселили в итоге в отель Lily Palm Resort, Ватаму, Кения, как бы так же 4 звезды, но еще в более запущенном состоянии и на второй территории (отель состоял из двух территорий). Что удивило что при бронирование отеля Barracuda Inn Resort я точно брал номер с завтраком, но в итоге его не оказалось в ваучере, в какой момент он пропал я так и не понял!!! Пришлось доплачивать отдельно. Полотенца при заселении в Lily Palm Resort просили заменить три раза, по причини отвратительного запаха!!! Завтраки однообразные, но это из-за того что район Ватаму находится под Итальянцами и их такие завтраки вполне устраивает. Пляж, это вообще грустная история, он красивый, песок скрипит как снег на морозе, но но и еще раз но, его не убирают, и мусор с водорослями лежит на всей его территории из-за этого красота исчезает!!!

Generally very good. It is true that the facility caters mostly to Italians, but I am not sure why that would be a problem. It was a small irritation that guests can reserve the sunbeds around the pool the entire day just by leaving a towel on them, even if they just use them a little, which means that the beds are empty most of the time and no one else can use them. I don't think this is a good system for the area immediately around the pool.

Resort molto carino e curato nei dettagli, camere spaziose con letto king size a baldacchino con zanzariera, situate in piccole e graziosissime palazzine a 2 piani immerse in uno splendido e curatissimo parco. Ottimo ristorante che offre favolosi croissant a colazione e ottimo pesce, carne, pasta e tante verdure a cena. Strepitosa la cena Africana allestita sulla spiaggia! Ben funzionante (solo alla reception) il WiFi gratuito per i clienti Expedia (20 Euro a settimana per altri tour operator). Un po' piccola la piscina e il mare di fronte all'hotel non è certo dei migliori del Kenya, ma la spiaggia è molto bella, sia nella parte soprelevata che quella sottostante, sabbia incredibilmente bianca e fine come neanche alle Maldive!

Albergo super confortevole, personale cordialissimo e disponibilissimo, cibo davvero di qualità! La mia esperienza presso il barracuda è stata davvero piacevole e super positiva!

Einrichtung des Zimmers: sehr spartanisch und in die Jahre gekommen, kein Wasserkocher, kein Kühlschrank (wurden ausgebaut), Safe mit großem Schlüssel, der extra bezahlt werden muss, W-LAN kostet 30 € pro Gerät, man erhält kein Passwort, sondern die Rezeption gibt das Passwort im Handy ein Restaurant: sehr eng bestuhlt, man kommt nicht zum Bufet, ohne dass andere Gäste ihre Stühle rücken müssen, dreckige Tischdecken, sehr lieblos im Kantinenstil. Ausschließlich italienische Küche, sehr fischlastig uud in der Qualität sehr fragwürdig. Am Strand einige Liegen, aber keine Schattenplätze oder Sonnenschirme Permanente Dauerbeschallung in einer extremen Lautstärke bis ca 24:00 Uhr ( wer Abba, Techno und Animateure mit schrillen Stimmen mag, ist hier richtig - für uns und einige andere Gäste war es trotz Ohrstöpsel sehr anstrengend ) Alle Informationen im Hotel sind ausschließlich in italienisch und auch das Personal spricht italienisch, vereinzelt auch englisch Da wir ein Auto hatten, sind wir nach dem Frühstück geflüchtet und haben uns die wunderschöne Umgebung und Strände angeschaut.

É stato un bel soggiorno, l'albergo posso dire come qualita prezzo molto buono, tutti gli impiegati sempre attenti ai dettagli, mia figlia adorava i biscotti che preparavano, il cibo buono, le scimmiette che escono nel pommeriggio é qualcosa di particolare e bello. Il Direttore sempre lo trovi ed é attento a qualsiasi richiesta. Per le cose da migliorare direi, che in una época come questa che è essensiale l'internet, una svaglio del Hotel è avere il prezzo molto alto, dovrebbe essere il prezzo per camera e non per telefono o IPad, anche perché la linea solo arriva vicino alla reception. E l'altra cosa che dovrebbero scrivere nella sua pagina web è che si tu paghi con carta di credito loro ti aggiungono un 4% in più. È la 1ma volta che me succede perché a Nairobi ho pagato anche con la carta e non mi hanno aggiunto questo 4%. Per tutto l'altro io consiglierei questo Albergo.

Posto molto buono, ben curato, camere belle e confortevoli, con personale molto gentile, buon cibo e bella spiaggia. Unica pecca (per me, ma probabilmente è un lato positivo per molti di voi) è frequentato quasi esclusivamente da italiani e perfino il personale capisce e parla italiano. Si respira un po' poca Africa, insomma e ci si sente un po' troppo a casa.
