I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.

The location is super ideal & in the heart of everything you will need offsite.💚 From Ms. Gustave the General Manager and Ms. Helena at the resturtant to the wonderful housekeeping team, the hardworking groundskeepers who keep the property beautiful, and every single staff member, I am so grateful for your kindness, warmth, and hospitality. You always go above and beyond to make every stay feel comfortable, safe, and welcoming. It may be a small and intimate hotel, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. Feels like home

The hotel is not as advertised. They need to separate the hotel reviews from the resort reviews as well as the pictures. Be careful when booking because they have the resort pictures displayed as the hotels. These are two different places and different atmosphere. You are in the middle of the ghetto here and have to take a shuttle to go to the beach at the resort and the shuttle is only every hour. My sheets on my bed were dirty and the pillow case had blood splatter on it. The bed is hard as a rock, we had to check to make sure there was an actual mattress. Do not book the excursions through them, the guy that books them lied and said they go to Sugar beach to get us to book and we never went there and was rude when I asked about it. You can get it $30 cheaper online. The breakfast is limited and if you don’t eat pork don’t waste your time booking all inclusive.

It was an amazing trip with my son and we both did have a wonderful time @ Bay Garden hotel.

Breakfast was amazing

Bay Gardens Hotel is in the heart of the commercial center yet sufficiently private. There are four pools that are earliestly accessible and it's within 50 meters of beach and sea. The staff, especially Nadia, are nice abd responsive. Staff will recognize you by name if you are a returning for a second visit. Simply wonderful. It's my home away from home.

We stayed at the Bay Gardens Hotel in June for our high school reunion class trip—a fun getaway to reconnect and create new memories. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food, rooms, and entertainment were all excellent. I also loved that we could visit the other Bay Gardens properties simply by showing our wristbands, which made the experience even better. Overall, everyone in our group had an amazing time. I would definitely stay at Bay Gardens Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Lucia.

We had a wonderful stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, housekeeping did an excellent job every morning, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety every morning. The Sunday dinner buffet was also very good, and we really enjoyed the Thursday and Saturday karaoke nights. Our only disappointment was the lunch. We ordered three burgers, and unfortunately they were inedible. They tasted very undercooked and ended up being a waste of about $60 USD. The biggest concern was that my husband, our two boys, and I all ended up with numerous insect bites during our stay. We reported it to the front desk, and while they said someone would spray the room, there wasn't much follow-up. We understand we're in the Caribbean and expected the occasional mosquito, but the number of bites we all received seemed excessive. Overall, I'd still rate this hotel 9/10. The excellent service, cleanliness, and outstanding breakfast made for a very enjoyable vacation.

After spending the entire day out on Friday, I returned to my room only to discover that the safe would not open. I entered the correct code numerous times, but every attempt to unlock it failed. I immediately tried contacting the manager, but was unable to reach anyone. My call was eventually transferred to the front desk, where I repeatedly explained that all of my cash and my debit card were locked inside the safe, leaving me with absolutely no access to my money. As a result, I was unable to purchase dinner or meet my basic needs. Despite clearly explaining the urgency of the situation, the only response I received was, “Sorry for the inconvenience, but there is nothing we can do until 7:00 a.m. tomorrow.” This response was completely unacceptable. A guest being denied access to their own money due to a malfunctioning hotel safe should have been treated as an urgent matter, not dismissed with a generic apology and no attempt to provide a solution. The following morning, at approximately 8:00 a.m., I contacted the front desk again to express my frustration and to inform them that I had gone without a meal since the previous evening because I had no access to my cash or debit card. Once again, I was met with another apology and told that Facilities would arrive shortly. Maintenance did not arrive until 8:42 a.m. to resolve the issue. While the safe was eventually opened, what was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability afterward.
