Does the job in a friendly and orderly fashion. Owners are proud of the place and it shows: flowers, linen, paint, floors and washroom all well kept. Good job!

The room was cozy, clean, and didn't smell bad. For a room under 70 dollars, that's all I require. I love roadside motels where you can pull right up to your room. Not the fault of the owner, but I pulled up late at night at the exact moment my neighbor in the adjacent room decided to come out of her room, sit on the porch, and have a teary and emotionally intense cell phone conversation. I hate awkward encounters. I waited in my car forever for her to finish and go back inside so that I could unload my stuff and go in my room.

Basic at best. You get what you pay for. Not the cleanest motel I’ve stayed at. Shower temperature and pressure were good. Air conditioner was working but did turn on and off all night. Windows were taped shut and not able to open them. Ants in bathroom sink and a very musty smell. Would I stay here again? Nope.

The room was dirty. The mould in the shower was gross. There was still soap scum around the drain. The tap was not clean. It also didn't look like the photos that I had seen online. There was a bag of something under the window. It just did not feel like a cleaned space to be in. When I explained to the front desk that I was not comfortable staying, he would not speak to me in English so I could not communicate or know what he was saying. He was yelling. Something that I did not understand and it made me feel very uncomfortable . After explaining to him that I would not stay there he offered us another room but at that point my kids were in the car and my mother-in-law and I was frightened and they were scared to stay there too.

Good stopping place for the budget minded. Clean and friendly.

Great value for the price based on location. Staff were very nice. The property os dated as are most on tgiys area but it didn't feel old. It felt well cared for and very clean. I booked an extra night because i was surprised at the value. 25 minutes to the Mall in the USA and 30 minutes from Quebec.

Security lock for door didnt work it was broken But other than that room was ok

There was hair in the bed. Sheets were dingy. One of those rooms that looks like they took odds and ends to put together. Front desk clerk could barely understand me.
