No TV, not proper WiFi, no proper hot water, if anything happens to the guest not any attention at all. Check out receptionist don’t care at all. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been stayed. AVOID THIS SH*T COMPLETELY.

We had a positive stay overall. Convenient location near the SGR station. Comfortable bed and great shower. Our dinner ordered from the hotel restaurant was good and came quickly, but we had to eat in our room because the AC was not on in the restaurant and it was very warm. Our booking included late check out which was helpful.

Great location. Good service. In the middle of the city center ( old part of the city). Many commerces open during the day. At night is not safe to walk around but you can always call a taxi an Uber.

Reliable hot water and cold AC made the stay very comfortable. The in-room safe didn’t work but not a deal-breaker. No AC or fan running in common areas (ie. Lobby) although the machines are standing there. Same for restaurant, although they did turn them on as soon as I sat down for breakfast and cooled quickly, so maybe that’s a plus for eco-conservation!

Ca. 10-15 minutters gange fra Zanzibar-ferjeterminalen. 25 minutter fra markedskvartalene. Rent og pent med alt som trengs. Egen resturant med bl. a. god indisk mat😊

Well managed hotel in the proximity of Zanzibar ferry terminal. Helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed and a decent if expensive restaurant.

Well run hotel within walking distance to Zanzibar ferry terminal. The rooms are very clean and the area is safe if a little run down.

The room and bathroom were fine, the AC, fan and TV all worked, and breakfast was good. The location was quiet and the staff was helpful. We walked a lot and the streets around the hotel felt safe. There is nothing particularly exciting about the hotel, but there is nothing to complain about either.

The aircon cannot be controlled, either full blast or switch off The fan was either off or a helicopter One light did not have a contril to switch off Though the place was very clean and people attending was nice.

unprofessional staff in the reception. No money exchange, no charging, etc. Poor Wifi in the room. very old towls and bed sheet. extremly uncomfortable bed. Mosque nearby woke me up at 4:30am every morning.

Checking in took some time, since the hotel couldn't find our reservation. Eventually we got the room, which was quite full with furniture. The balcony gave extra space, though. Everything else worked well, but the net went off and on, off and on.

Hotel was located in the area where I need to work. Not a very nice area. I had a small room. The restaurant had only limited options, did not have all the food on the menu.
