The staff were professional and especially the manager, who went out of her way to make sure myself and my guest were well taken care of even with the fact that they were not ready for guests due to major renovations going on, and in spite of the fact they never received any reservation notice from Expedia. I give Grace, the Manager, 2 thumbs up for her professional conduct, her patience with me, as well as her trust in me even in the face of uncertainty getting paid due to communication issues with Expedia. In return, I made sure to contact Expedia for refund and I pay them in ca$h.
