Generally clean and well equipped

I stayed in this hotel during 19 - 23 March 2024. I have the habit of wearing crystals so I brought some Herkimer Diamond with me and put them in a glass of water next to my bed. I didn’t ask for “Do not disturb” because I needed the new bottle of water. On The first two days the housekeeper(s) did a good job and did not touching my crystals. Yet on the third night my crystals were gone and the glass was put back to its original place!!!!! I called the reception yet the girl said the housekeeping team was already off work and would investigate and come back to me at 9:00am on the next day, when the manager and the housekeeper start working. I needed to leave for an early flight at 3am the next day so I could not wait for the investigation. The reception girl claimed that the manager would investigate and give me an explanation via email. A week has passed and I received NOTHING from the hotel!!!!!!!!! NO EMAIL, NO EXPLANATION, NO COMPENSATION!!!!!! The only good part of this hotel was the reception, who really tried to help me. Yet I am outrageously disappointed at this unprofessional hotel !!!!!!

夜遅めの到着便のため、日本食レストランがあり、スフバートル広場にも近い当ホテルを予約しました。ナーダム休暇中で街中の飲食店の休みが多い中、日本食居酒屋のラーメンは美味しかったです。広い部屋にしたので、ゆっくり休めました。観光にも便利です。また、機会があればお伺いします。

フロントのスタッフさんたちは親切で感じよかったです。部屋も広く、アメニティも色々ありました。便利のいい立地でした。

Very close to attractions. Staff very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast is good.

掃除に入ってもらえず、フロントに伝えたところ、鍵を預けなかったからだとこちらのせいにされた。掃除はもう明日でいいのでタオルセットをお願い下ところ、ツインルームで2名で宿泊しているにも関わらず1名分のタオルセットしかもらえず、再度お願いする事に。セットの中にバスマットが入ってなかった為再度お願いしたところ、もうないと断られた。基本的に設備としてセットされているものを要求しただけなのに、まるでクレーマーに対するような対応をされた。せめてバスマットの代わりにバスタオルを下さいとお願いしても、ないの一点張り。それは間違っていると少し怒ったところ、やっとわかりましたと、バスマットを渡された。何故、客室に基本的にセットされているものをお願いしなくてはならず、こんな労力が必要になるのか。サービスが悪すぎてもう2度と宿泊したくありません。

오래된 호텔입니다만 꽤 잘 관리되었습니다. 가격대비 많족합니다. 그리고 위치가 가장 좋은 곳이라 생각합니다

시내 중심에 있어 정부, 기업, 쇼핑, 수크바타르 광장 등 비즈니스나 관광 목적에 적합한 호텔.

위치가 매우 좋습니다. 전체적인 시설은 사실 좀 아쉽지만 나름 깔끔합니다.

입지가 최고입니다 1층 부페 식당은 가격대비 아쉬운편입니다

ホテル自体は古く、スタッフの対応もよくないです。深夜に到着しましたが、スタッフがソファーで寝てました。

We arrived in the early morning and the staff welcomed us and showed us to our room. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I understand they’re trying to. Improve the place. It does need a little remodel, but other than that it’s in a great place and I would recommend it.

Bodde 4 nätter skön säng, stort rum. Personalen hjälpsam. Väldigt bra läge i centrum med mycket restauranger runt om. Kan rekommendera att bo här.

町の中心部から近く利便性がよく、建物の中は古さを若干感じますが、部屋も広々としていて快適な時間を過ごす事が出来たのがよかったです。

エレベーターは遅いし何故か2機あるうち1機しか動いていないことが多い。 部屋に金庫がない。 スタッフもあまり気が利かない人が多いけど、なんとかやっている様子。 部屋の清掃は良くなされていると思います。 ネガティブなことはここにかけないようです。

エアコンが壊れていました！！
