A hotel that struggles to be boutique and luxury and ends up feeling more like an upmarket airport layover. Not helped by booking 11 of 15 rooms out to a tour party. A take over where the pool lobby and restaurant were set up for them. Operations manager who was new to the job did offer a table for dinner in the reception lobby but not really where we wanted dinner. Waited 45 minutes next morning for coffee and eventually some croissants- then had to leave. Senior management who we were informed were there never appeared or came near us. As one couple who left the day before us said - glad we are leaving. Maybe the hotel can look at &Beyond and Wilderness for an idea on service. Still waiting any contact from the hotel/hotel group.

My friend and I ended our Namibia trip here and it was absolutely incredible! The views from the property are so serene and stunning. The actual architecture of the property and each individual hut is incredible. The staff was immensely helpful and patient. The food was delicious, the beds were SO comfortable. They have great guides for the game drives and excursions. We were so happy to end our trip here!

A great place for rest and contemplation. Beautiful environment with a great team.
