Nice place in the heart of Paseo Colonial. Downside of the rooms, unfortunately you can hear everything. Other than that, the place is excellent for solo a couple travelers.

Quarto estava limpo, café da manhã ok porém não é no hotel. A localização é excelente, porém quando loquei dizia ter estacionamento e não teve e a equipe não soube explicar e nem ajudar.

The Hotel is very clean and quiet place to stay. There are lot of shops and attractions nearby. They offer breakfast in a beautiful place at Calle El Conde. In my honest opinion it is 9/10

Great location, friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast located around the corner. Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower and the time it took to heat up.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado; sólo que el servicio de desayuno no es bueno, me tocó el desayuno en el Restaurante La Marchanta donde el personal es grosero, atiende de mal modo y no abren a la hora que dicen. En general el servicio es malo en varios lugares de Santo Domingo.

Need to improve the hot water heater. Some of the personnel are not friendly. For example, I forgot my room keys and the front desk attendant didn’t offer me any assistance.

I chose this hotel because I needed an apartment style hotel because I traveled with a child. This was perfect for my needs and it had a full kitchen, a bedroom and living room. The area is very quiet but still very near the main attractions of the area. It included breakfast but you need to go to a restaurant by parque Colón to eat it, that’s like 3 blocks away. They don’t allow visitors to your apartment.

Terrible ! No window. Ventilation poor. A cup of brown sludge in the bathroom. We left within two hours.

Great location. Excellent staff and very clean, practical room. Nothing fancy, but a great price in the heart of the colonial zone.
