Absolutely great customer service, the staff made an accommodation for the things they lack. Clean friendly easy to understand polite and delicious breakfast.

This hotel was large but seemed to have low occupancy. We had a leaky sink and an inoperable shower head. The air conditioner was unable to cool the room sufficiently, and there was no fan. Otherwise, the basic room would have been satisfactory.
