All prefect except Water pressure is not very strong for shower

The hotel is very close to the shopping mall. Travelers can book a taxi in the reception to the cruise terminal. It costs about 15 pounds per trip.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the selection of drinks. We would recommend Moxy for a great stay.

Staff is amazing and the location can not be better for shopping and eating. Highly recommend.

Bra frokost, vennlig og hjelpsom personale. Sentralt i forhokd til shopping og spisesteder. Rommet var greit hvis du skulle bo én natt, men utrivelig med 4 netter uten hyller/skuffer til klær og mulig til å sette unna kofferter. Vil en ta en kopp kaffe på rommet må en sitte på senga og bruke vinduspost som bord.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and it's a nice hotel but far too warm to sleep. The first room I was given was 25 degrees when I opened the door. The staff helpfully moved me to a room on the other side which was cooler, but I struggled to sleep later as the temperature hovered around 21-22 degrees. The air conditioning is apparently 'centrally controlled' and just did not blow cool air at all.

Was close enough to the bus stop to walk and close enough to the cruise port to walk. Forgot face cloths are not a thing a Europe…remember your fave cloths if traveling from North America. Hotel has a great vibe; staff were friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t in enough to comment on the faculties, but the room was decent, good shower, nice breakfast included, and a not-terrible walk to the event I was down for down on West Quay.

Rubbish put me in a standered room not a queen wasn’t like the pictures and staff was rude

Room clean and basic. No drawer or wardrobe space so think it is better for no more than a nights stay. We stayed two nights and the bed was comfy and we had a great sleep. However, the bathroom can’t fit two people in it so expect to wait for a space to brush your teeth!

Friendly staff

The staff on checking in weren’t too friendly and rushed through all details - we had to ask to repeat some details. He didn’t know we had pre-paid for buffet breakfast so had to find details of booking to show him. The staff on in the morning were totally different; very friendly and helpful. Room fairly clean overall.
