This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at recently. The location is extremely convenient, and the room has a great sense of design. It has a charming French touch and feels very comfortable. The staff are very helpful—although there’s no elevator, if you contact the hotel in advance, they’ll gladly assist with your luggage. It’s a stylish hotel with a strong design aesthetic. I really loved my stay.

Property is in an excellent location in the center of old Montreal. The room was quite nice and the bed was very comfortable.

You can not find a better location for visiting Montreal! You are one block from all the Old Town activities, yet far enough away for a quiet stay! Only one caution: it might not be for you if you have difficulty with stairs.

Great little spot. Lots of stairs so not accessible. Very modern suite. Fun perks like the nespresso machine and Bathrobes. Loved it.

Spacious room, Nespresso machine, good air conditioning. Shower was hard to figure out how to operate. No elevator. No front desk, but clear instructions and responsive to phone call.

The amenities were good, except for shower, it ran cold for 5 minutes and then was scalding. It might have been "user error" but there was no explanation of how to use a rather unusual set up. No one to ask as although reception was supposed to be in the sister property across the street you could not get. More amenities then normal - ie cooker micro wave. Location excellent. Very clean. But shower - I did eventually manage to make it usable - was an issue.

Located in the heart of Old Montreal. This is a real plus. Everything is done remotely at this hotel. There is no check in staff. Entry to the hotel is via door code, as is the room. The only obvious staff is the cleaning staff. My room was large, sunny, clean and ideal in many ways. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean room, welcoming housekeeping. Easy access to communal kitchen/fridge/dishwasher.

The main reason I booked here was location in old Montreal. Walking distance to the Basilica. However, there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and dark. The area is very loud and early in the morning the noise always woke us up. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful place in a perfect spot! The croissants were a very much appreciated extra perk. Would highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful and the location was great. The only staff on property were housekeepers, but they were very nice. Only quibbles were the lack of check in staff (had some issues with the keypad), and the shower was a little confusing

Hola! Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar. La ubicación perfecta! El ambiente del departamento inmejorable; parecía que estabas en tu propia casa. La decoración súper linda, muy sutil. En general todo perfecto! Si algún día regreso a Montreal, sin duda me volveré a hospedar aquí. Muchas gracias!

Clean, tidy; lovely comfortable bed and pillows; good amenities, well equipped kitchenette. Check-in and check-out all done online; no reception desk; but the concierge is in another hotel nearby.

Room was fine. Staff was helpful. Parking was a butch! Sidewalks nit shoveled, very slippery. Nit the hotels fault...
