Wieder einfach perfekt

The room felt very old and outdated. The pictures shown online during the booking process looked modern and well-maintained, but the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. This was disappointing, as the photos created a completely different impression. The breakfast was also below expectations. There were very limited options, and the overall quality was not great. For a hotel in this category, I expected a better variety and fresher choices. On the positive side, the sauna area was very good and well-maintained. It was definitely the highlight of the stay. Additionally, the staff were polite.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, großzügige Zimmer und tolles Frühstücksbüffet. Es gibt Nichts zu Beanstanden. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had a wonderful time, very convenient location an parking; bus station in less than 1 min walk away; you are in Innsbruck city center in less than 30 minutes. Huge rooms, great views, very good breakfast which was unexpected. Thank you guys.

Great hotel - lovely food in restaurants and at breakfast. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Ideal for ski trip especially with on site free access spa. Definitely would return.

Be careful — this is misleading advertising. If you are placed in the older section of the hotel, the experience is that of a mediocre three-star property at best. The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and extremely noisy. The hotel photos are misleading compared to the actual conditions. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Genügend Parkplätze das EAuto laden war günstig Frühstück frisch und gut.

Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Zimmer sauber. Restaurant unglaublich teuer und leider hat man es nicht geschafft die Lampe im Badezimmer zu reparieren obwohl ich es sofort nach dem Einchecken gemeldet habe!

Wenn man als erster Gast des Tages anreist, zielstrebig das Zimmer zur Hauptstraße, am Fahrstuhl und ohne Internetzugang bekommt, nenne ich das „Irinisch“ klasse Service

Fick rum precis ovanför restaurangens uteservering där alla rökte som borstbindare vilket var tråkigt och illaluktande.

Alles was man braucht, war auf hohem Niveau dort. Und sogar noch mehr.!
