The restaurant staffs were not friendly

It was ok. The bathroom was cleaner than the bedroom. There were only 2 real pillows on the bed. The other 2 were make shift pillows that were blankets folded up into a pillow case. There was no breakfast offered and you are only given one towel. My husband and I had to share a towel.

This place is terrible. I stayed in a superior room and i tell you, if the time was not so late, I would have left. I flushed the toilet, and water slayed on my knee! The faucet was so disgusting, I didn't even brush my teeth. I could go on and on. I'm just glad I only booked one night.

I won’t forget my experience staying here and not in a good way. I’m honestly relieved I only booked for one day. The property’s amenities were not functioning and the staff were extremely unwelcoming and difficult to deal with. What made it worse was the lack of basic essentials, room towels weren’t even provided until hours later. It’s frustrating that a hotel with this level of service is listed on Expedia. I definitely won’t be returning.

THE ROOM HAD MOLD ALL OVER THE SHOWER AND YHE AC LEACKED BAD ON THE FLOOR AND A HEAVY MILDEW SMELL WITCH MAD ME SICK WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BUT STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY...

Awesome food. Nice staffs, pillowcase and water is not good. Location is serene and good. Safe and secured. Their pillowcase should be changed. AC is having water leakage. Internet was standby.

Humble staff and amenities

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

The residence scored quite low in terms of cleanliness as there were visible cobwebs in the ceilings of the lobby and practically all high ceiling areas which requires specialist long poles to remove. Thses were pointed out by my guests to the residence and of course it irritated my kids. Also as I have booked rooms from 23/12 but arrived the morning of 24/12, I was surprised to have been denied breakfast on the basis that I have checked in on 24th and all efforts by Expedia to contact the residence for a refund wasn't successful.

The staff support was poor and the supervisor was rude. We asked for a courtesy late checkout due to a change in flight schedule but they insisted on charging for it and they didn’t

When compared to the previous property I stayed, Montana is far better. It's really clean inside and staff are relatively helpful. The breakfast is nice and tasty but limited portion. Overall it was a good experience. However, I would like to see improvements in the building maintenance on the inside. For instance, the gym is a no go place. It is smelly and rusty. Expensive equipment should be put to use and not allow to grow dust. It is a good hotel and home away from home.
