Pros: Newly renovated, bars downstairs with affordable prices, 24hrs reception , lovely breakfast, clean environment Cons: Terrible noise from club downstairs until 3 ,4 am. If you are young and enthusiastic want to have fun at night then this is right for you , or you will hear the beats clearly. Toilet is not sealed on the floor, it moves when I move excuse me ? Cold floor weak shower with no shampoo, no water boiler, and also every time when you touch the metal frame of bed you will want to scream. Cleaning lady broke into our room at 8 am try to clean ( I didn’t put the tag “do not disturb” outside , my mistake), As I said. Reception is up on 2nd floor, no worries lift close at hand. Reception staff very friendly and I managed to get an early check-in, which is always good. For some rooms you have to go back down and cross the Garden Bar (doesn’t open until 5pm) and then take another lift to the floor. Room was a decent size. Decor, industrial. Comfy bed, good Aircon and I had a side view out over where the funicular runs. Bathroom very clean, tidy. Yes, the shower cubicle is a bit industrial too, but good water pressure and hot water, so no complaints. I was there mid-week, so didn’t notice any noise. Breakfast was great. The lady serving was very helpful. I got a selection of meats, cheese and omelette. Set me up for the day. Overall, it’s not the Hilton, but you’re not paying Hilton prices. As a short stay over, close walking distance to the sights etc, then you can’t go far wrong.

Location was perfect, right in the city centre. Taxi service from and to the airport. Nice breakfast. Some things need to be a bit cleaner or fixed / replaced. Garbage was stored visibly in the hallway, there has been an airconditioning leak x time ago, but the marks on the wall were still there, hairdryer makes a bit of a strange noise. Did not make the experience less for me, but it's points for improvement.

The room was nice and the staff was very kind. The noise from across the hotel kept me up until 230 am so I wouldn’t go there again.

A very convenient location which hv access to all F&B and transport like buses & trams. Only problem is the room I got is facing the main road and it is very noisy outside even after midnight where still have young people making noises at the street. Breakfast is considered fair for such hotel, rooftop bar is nothing to shout about.

It was central to what I wanted to see and do

Prima hotel, met een hele goede ligging in het hartje van Zagreb. Het ontbijt was oke, er was maar 1 soort keuze brood, geen chocobroodjes/croissantjes. Het hotel ligt boven een bar / club. ‘S nachts op het 3de verdiep hoor je heel erg de muziek eveneens de trillingen hiervan. Dit was niet zo prettig.

As long as you don’t expect too much then it’s fine. More than fine. The people are very friendly and the location is absolutely excellent walking distance to everything. Overall good value for money if you’re not expecting luxury. Biggest concern was that other than breakfast they really don’t serve food and at a restaurant that serves food cross-section would be good. Also cleaning of the walls of the room with Tom and Handy, but it was more that’s OK.

Very nice stay. The private rooms are great, with a lot of thought into the little things like slippers and shoe horns. Breakfast was nice and convenient and the staff was very nice and helpful. Everything is getting a little pricier in Zagreb, but of the places i stayed Timeout heritage was most worth the price.

Hotel en pleno centro de Zagreb, desayuno muy correcto y variado, personal super simpático y cordiales, la parte mala, está encima de la única discoteca que abren toda la noche, a las 3 de la mañana la música era insoportable, nos dieron tapones para dormir y por la mañana se oyen los tranvías de la calle.

I have to get in touch with the manager, because for 450€ 2 nights with breakfast is quite a lot that I didn't have hot water. I had meetings in the city and then a concert and had to take a cold shower. And that's really bad for €450
