Tasteful decor and furnitures

1, I stay 5 nights in this hotel. I have changed two rooms during this stay, one time it's upstairs the restaurant, the other time it's facing the other side of street ( which most of the rooms are facing the two streets) and both are loud at night, not only the weekends. Expect it to be quiet after 2am. If you sleep late it will not affect you. Also, if you wake up late in the morning, remember to put a "do not disturb" sign, because the cleaning lady comes to knock on your door at 9am. 2, I work in hospitality, so I am very sensitive to details and experience. For the training I have, we don't give "No" as an answer, instead we always provide a solution. However, I feel here as a guest I have a slap on my face. I use laundry service in hotels all the time, and no hotel get wrong on the numbers except here. First day I fill in the form and sign the paper, the second day they forgot to put the paper and I asked the cleaning lady to bring, but I cannot communicate with her because she only speaks Spanish. They came back without a paper, and they combined my second laundry with the first laundry for the single second day bill and double charge me. I clearly told the hotel it's wrong, but they insisted they are right. We spent over 5000 euro in this hotel, I will not want to / have the need to cheat the hotel for less than 50 euro, but the attitude they treat with my complaints is "Sorry I am right you are wrong" without self-examination. You lose me as a customer for life.

10/10 recommend! We truly enjoyed our time at Hotel Arbaso and we would stay here again! It’s a beautiful hotel and the location is ideal. From the moment we got there to the time we left, the staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. We had a problem with our flight and late one night we needed to use a local phone. Alicia at the front desk was patient and understanding. She tried her best to help us and that was much appreciated. Thank you to the whole staff who truly made our stay comfortable.

Amazing room and incredibly kind staff. Beautiful view of the courtyard cathedral. Few min walk from both the beach and old town. On site food was also excellent. Highly recommend staying at the Arbaso.

Excellent hotel close to all amenities. Super helpful staff. The quality of furniture, bedding, towels and cleanliness was outstanding. Attention to detail was appreciated with willingness of staff always available, they took time to help and this made a huge difference to our experience. Highly recommend this hotel as a super place to stay.

O quarto era confortável e tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Um diferencial que apreciamos muito foi o frigobar, oferecido e reposto sem custo adicional, um cuidado que faz toda a diferença e demonstra a preocupação do hotel com a experiência dos hóspedes. O único ponto que poderia ser melhorado é a iluminação da área do chuveiro, que nos pareceu um pouco insuficiente. Fora isso, tivemos uma experiência excelente e certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui. Altamente recomendado!

Great place to stay!

Our room was a loft. So beautiful and spacious, the hotel is centrally located and looks like renovated to r brand new. The breakfast is just ok.

Ok but somewhat disappointed did not feel overall welcome….

Wonderful property - smart interiors, staff went above and beyond. We were fortunate enough to get an upgrade which was a pleasant surprise and made our stay more enjoyable. I would definitely book again.
