Very friendly staff. Quiet room. Good bed. Good AC. Okay breakfast, not much for vegetarian to eat. Room could have been vaccuumed better.

The hotel in Tenerife was great. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch, with really good quality. The only downside was that you could hear a club nearby at night, and sometimes there were fights or disturbances right outside the hotel around 4 a.m. Also, smoking was allowed on the balconies, which meant that if you slept with the window open, the smoke often came into the room. Still, it was a lovely stay, as long as you keep those points in mind.

Wir waren 2023 und 2025 hier. Im Gegensatz zu 2023 hat die Qualität etwas nachgelassen, aber dennoch ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis noch gut. Die Zimmer und die Dachterrasse sind etwas renovierungs- bzw. reparaturbedürftig, beim Frühstück wurde an Auswahl gespart, aber dennoch ist alles unterm Strich empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage direkt in der Altstadt ist sehr gut. Alles in allem eine gute Adresse.

100% recommendation!!! Smaller hotel. Location in the middle of the older part of Puerto de la Cruz. Close/walking distance to everything. Nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Only (little) lowlight: WiFi - in my room - could be a bit better.

Great location and really genuine nice staff

Mooie ruime en schone kamer. Prima gevarieerd ontbijt. Het hotel is op loopafstand van het centrum. En parkeren kan gemakkelijk op de grote parkeerplaats langs de kust.

What stands out at Nopal is the staff, they were approachable, always happy to help and as accommodating as possible with our requests. The hotel was refurbished a couple of years back and they’ve made a nice job of what you can imagine was an older building. Breakfast was super tasty, with a wide array of different foods, hot and cold and the cherry was eggs made your way with tasty bacon 👌 The front of house staff, be it as reception or at breakfast we’re always on hand to assist. The rooms were of a good size, the bathroom had its quirks as you’ll find out but nothing you can’t work around. We had the room cleaned again the following day as we thought it might have been rushed before we checked in. Would happily returns as overall, it was a pleasant experience. We would recommend the little pastry shop just outside to the left 🙂

Halten Sie sich fern von diesem Hotel, wenn Sie einen gewissen Standard von Niveau, Umgangsformen und geschultem Personal erwarten. Dieses Hotel ist reine Abzocke. Alles aufzulisten würde den Rahmen sprengen. Ich habe mich mit Gästen aus Südamerika unterhalten, die ähnlich enttäuscht waren. Sie vermuteten, dass es ein Geldwäsche Betrieb sei. Ich kann dazu natürlich nichts sagen. Ich möchte nur jeden warnen: Verschwenden Sie Ihr Geld und kostbaren Urlaubstage nicht in diesem Hotel!

Zentrale Lage. Lokale, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gepflegtes Zimmer. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teide und das Meer. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Parken auf dem zirka 250 m entfernten großen und kostenfreien Parkplatz Explanada del Muelle möglich.

Fantastisk hotell med flott frokost på taket, nydelig beliggenhet, hjelpsomme ansatte og deilig basseng med solsenger. Vi kunne ikke hatt det bedre i Tenerife.

Dejligt hotel med stort værelse og pænt badeværelse. Simpel indretning, men behagelig seng. God og rigelig morgenmad. Poolområde småt.

From the people on the reception to the people on the top floor serving breakfast and all those in-between they were so friendly and helpful, the hotel was a joy to stay in.

We stayed at DWO Nopal for a week as we explored Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz and Teide. It is clean, modern, stylish and san excellent experience. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The breakfast was lovely, beds comfy, wifi consistent and air conditioning effective. Highly recommended!
