Location is great! The service has slipped a bit since I was here last year. The housekeeping needs to be improved.

The room was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond my expectations. My only complain, which is a big complaint, is that the room was terribly noisy at night and the beds were extra firm. It was very difficult to sleep throughout the night. My wife and I both had issues each night and if we had known we would’ve picked another hotel. If you are a heavy sleeper you will be fine and enjoy an incredible hotel

Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, very convenient, well located, and it felt safe to walk around the area. The staff was great throughout our stay and always helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of good options every morning. The only downside was the honesty bar on the 6th floor. There were not many options available, and there was usually nobody there to help or assist. Besides that, everything else was great and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Very odd the front desk asked if we wanted to tip after our stay. Never had this in all of our travels across the entire world

ちょっと変わった間取りでぎょっとしましたが、通常の部屋の2倍位ありそうな広い間取りで、バスタブも広くリラックスできました。 場所も観光に最高で、朝食もおいしかったし朝からスプマンテが用意されるなどぜいたくな気分を味わえました。

Super helpful staff

Hotel and staff were really nice. Misses a reception area to relax in and generally be a meeting point, and breakfast was only OK, and not worth 25 euros. Great stay though.

Elevator had issue We always waited a long time and when finally on It would take us to several floors before bringing us to floor desired
