Overall the staff were lovely, great selection of amenities available onsite and overall location is amazing. All that being said the ambient noise was just too much to accept for a premium offering of a Hyatt property. We were allocated a room on the first floor above what I can only imagine is a nightclub that was pumping music until just past midnight on a Sunday night. On top of that the street was quite loud too so the windows didn’t do a great job of insulating us from the outside. If you can live with that it’s a good spot but the noise ruined it for us.

We loved staying at the hotel, the room was large, clean and quiet, the beds were less comfortable, the breakfast was good, but the selection of cheeses and cakes needs to be improved, natural juice is missing, the spa is pleasant and relaxing, the massages are good, the entire staff is professional and friendly, we will definitely be back

While the room was clean, housekeeping had to be requested on both days as it was not serviced by 17:00. The spa facilities were disappointing; the pool was unheated, and several water jets were broken. Furthermore, my treatment was cut short by 15 minutes, and upon reporting this at reception, I was merely told 'thank you for your feedback' with no attempt to address the issue. Compared to other hotels in this price range, this venue is lacking in both location and facilities. Ok experience but is nor worth the price.

Nice hotel, clean rooms

Comfortable bed but should have asked for room facing the back. The traffic circle in front is constantly busy. There was no air conditioning so it was too hot and leaving the window open was not great on account of the traffic noise. Rooms are cleaned very late in the day which isn’t ideal. The mirror is hidden on the other side of a sliding door which was not intuitive. But otherwise a good conference hotel and great staff.
