Our blinds broke and we were directly facing another building. Because it was a small room, people outside could likely see our bed from their vantage point. We asked them to fix it around 4 or 5 PM but they said they couldn’t. We asked for a different room and they said they couldn’t because we did it through hotels.com rather than through them directly. We asked if we could at least get a refund and move to a different hotel and we got the same reason as above. It was not a good night stay.

The location is excellent, and the bathroom comfort was incredible (Room 103). However, it seemed to me that the internet was turned off at midnight.

Me hospedei nesse hotel em 2023 com meu namorado, gostamos tanto da experiência que decidimos nos hospedar novamente em 2026. A principio, tudo o que gostamos permanece igual: - a propriedade é limpa - as camas são deliciosas - a localização é perfeita Assim como em 2023, achamos o café da manhã um pouco fraco, mas é uma opção rápida e prática para os dias mais corridos da viagem. A única coisa que me fez dar uma avaliação pior dessa vez foi o nosso chuveiro que estava vazando e molhando o quarto inteiro. Reclamamos com a propriedade logo na primeira noite e, na nossa opinião, a melhor solução seria eles terem nos trocado de quarto. Porém, eles insistiram em fazer a manutenção. Mesmo com a tentativa de manutenção o problema não foi resolvido e esse foi um grande incomodo na nossa estadia, ja que toda vez que iamos tomar banho, o quarto ficava com o chão todo molhado. Pra mim, esse continua sendo um hotel bom custo benefício em Lisboa, mas essa experiência foi bem frustrante.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a long layover in Lisbon and chose it primarily because of its excellent location near several luxury designer stores and shopping areas. For that purpose, the location was fantastic and very convenient. Front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. The room was on the smaller side, but it had the essentials needed for a short stay. One thing I did notice was that there was no in-room safe, which may be important for travelers carrying valuables. Breakfast was good overall, with a nice selection available. However, there was signage indicating that items such as scrambled eggs and omelets could be ordered, but there didn’t seem to be anyone available to ask, so I wasn’t able to take advantage of those options. The main drawback was the noise level. My room was located near the reception area and was the first room down the hallway. Starting around 6:15 a.m., I could hear people moving about and activity in the corridor, which made it difficult to continue sleeping. If you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing earplugs just in case, as your experience may depend on your room location. Overall, the hotel served its purpose well for a short stay, especially because of its convenient location, good breakfast, and helpful amenities. With a quieter room assignment, my experience would have been even better.

Breakfast was good. Good value for the price. Room is small for a couple and not much privacy for a translucent glass bathroom so best for couples. TV also was offline for some time so wasn't able to watch TV at times. It kept asking to update it but with a universal remote unable to do so. Bedding and pillows were good. Location is optimal overall it was good. AC is good and quiet considering the area.

Hotel muito bom. Tudo limpo e organizado. Amamos ser recebidos com pastéis de nata na recepção. Os funcionários cordiais e super atenciosos. A localização maravilhosa, próximo a avenida da liberdade e aí centro histórico. Voltaria com certeza para esse Hotel.

I was really pleased with everything especially the staff. They made my first trip to Lisbon really enjoyable. I will definitely book this hotel again when I return.

Schone kamer. Kapotte/Lekkende airco en daardoor 2 hele warme nachten gehad. Personeel gaf tot 2 x toe aan dat het verholpen was maar dat was niet. Werd op de dag van vertrek pas echt gemaakt. Kamers verder netjes, maar klein. Geef echte lobby/ruimte om rustig te zitten.

Inés and Katherine were amazing—I’d definitely stay here again. I honestly didn’t want to leave. And the breakfast was delicious too!
