Very happy with the stay in Hotel Grand Bach Sendai. The room was great and so were the staff! Would be a pleasure to go back again!

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, even the housekeeper. Most of them could not speak english but they gave effort to translate and solved the issues, and I appreciate that! The room is good and spacious. They gave free snack like noodle in the night.
