離Blue Line Park尾浦站步行10分鐘左右，距X the sky、ClubD Oasis都是幾分鐘路程，附近餐飲選擇多。住宅是偏豪宅等級精裝修，雖然很多設備用不上，看著就爽XD。海景房日出日落景觀都很讚，很喜歡。可能是因為冬天（也可能是因為週間），區域人潮、旅客不會多到影響旅遊品質。大推。

房間舒適、海景漂亮，房間整理得很乾淨，一進房間讓人為之驚艷，以日租房間或公寓式酒店而言算偏貴，但整體還不錯，還會想再來住，若住宿指引及登記入住能更便於外國人會更好。 雖然離捷運站有些距離，但釜山旅遊很適合搭計程車，常常下樓就會看到有計程車。樓下就有超市、便利商店、餐廳及咖啡廳都有，其實挺方便的

전망은 미포항도 아즈 예쁘고 해운대 바다쪽도 예뻐요. 다만 층이 느므 놓아서 요게 조금 무서웠어요

The view and location were great. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect. I just wished there were more trash cans and plates. At least the number of plates should be the same as the number of guests.
