Good room size, wonderful outdoor hot spring

Amazing place and very good renovated unit and good balcony’s,

New renovations are nice and cozy. The "queen" size bed is not a real queen size bed, more like a hotel queen, but it didnt bother us. The hotel is right in the village and the parking is right beneath the hotel so very convenient!

We stayed in a bachelor suite. The suite was clean and nicely upgraded The front desk staff were pleasant, polite and helpful We had some difficulty getting the air conditioning to work however a maintenance staff was sent to help us very quickly I really enjoyed my stay and will be back again soon

Had an amazing stay!

We stayed in a suite and a regular double occupancy room. Both were exceptionally clean. The two staff members at the front desk were friendly and competent and took care of all the details. The gym could be improved with some free weights. The pool and hot tub were warm and inviting. The underground parking seemed limited and there was a lot of dust due to the renovation.

Great experience. It was the slow season so there weren’t a lot of people there. We enjoyed several of the coffee shops, restaurants and spa. The staff were amazing

This resort was under construction so things were a bit of a mess. The parking lot was full of dirt and absolutely disgusting. Rooms were barely put together - cable not working or wet paint signs up. Kind of weird!

The property is under renovation. We stayed in a renovated room and it was lovely - 5 stars! Staff was friendly and very accommodating - 5 stars. The outdoor pool and hot tub were well maintained - 5 stars. Parking is underground, and at the moment, a bit congested due to the reno.

Amazing experience

2 bedroom suite room very spacious and kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking.

The coffee maker didn’t work.

Newly renovated room, pool was cooler for swimming but the hot tub was very warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Nice hotel right in the village.

The staff and amenities at the Mosiac hotel are top rated. Blue mountain village Is in my opinion second to none.
