The property is good for the price. The owner is always available to help. The property is old and run down but it’s clean.

Booked 2 rooms that stated they were both 2 double beds however 1 room had only 1 bed. These 2 rooms are the only rooms available at this time. There was no plug-in in the bathroom or near it to plug in hair appliances and use the mirror. The beds are quite hard and seemed either a mattress on the floor or a makeshift wood box, which did not add to the comfort level. While they served the purpose we needed, there is definitely no extras available. Also note that there is nowhere open for breakfast in town so would be nice if the motel to offer something (coffee and a muffin, even).

Very clean!

The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfy. Owner very friendly. No headboards, no lamps. Rough around the edges regarding finishes, paint baseboards etc.

After the hotel burned down there was no place to stay in Kyle for a time. But now the motel is open which is great. The rooms are small but OK. New tub, toilet and sink in bathroom.
