We need self check in, this is a bit difficult for us. But the lady at the front desk is very patient to help us complete the check in procedure. We really appreciate for her help. Hotel is located in the middle of most of the sightseeing places. Castle, seafood market, shopping and Kenrokuen Garden just within walking distance. The room is big and comfortable. Toilet and bath room is separated which is very clean and tidy. No doubt we will visit stay there again next time.

The room was ok, clean and with reasonable space. The check in experience was poor though. It did not find our reservation of parking. Then we were given a parking information sheet with wrong postal code and telephone, hence we wasted quite some time to find it. The staff could hardly understand our English questions (even spoken slowly). Also it only allowed QR code check in, but the system was unable to upload. The check in was unsmooth, with many hiccups and time consuming.

Love this hotel very much. Modern and new, we booked a 2 bedroom with kitchen, it has a full bathroom with toilet, plus a separate toilet. Recommend for everyone !

公寓式酒店房內寬敞乾淨有廚房，有一個寬敞衛浴跟一間廁所，兩個房間分別是西式雙床跟和室榻榻米，房間舒適整潔燈光有五段可調。附近有近江町市場走路很近，也有多家超商跟星巴克，停車場位置距離飯店約2-3分鐘路程。整體來說很適合親子或是家庭旅遊！

本次住在9樓，房間乾淨舒適，四人房裡有分兩間房間，滾筒洗衣機方便洗衣，有小廚房、按摩浴缸，除了浴室之外還有另一間廁所，對一家四口而言非常方便，門口就是公車站牌，使用周遊卷可以便利的到各個景點旅遊！非常推薦在這邊住宿！

1) Pre-chk in online : I was not aware of it until standing in front of the reception at 3pm. Therefore, it's a bit awkard to proceed the process while someone waiting in front of you. Better to be informed ahead by email a few days ago. 2) Windows & bed edges : windows seem able to be fully opened but one would bounce back due to curtains beside it. Sharp edges of the mattress board were dangerous - though a plastic buffer was attached to it but it was loose & fell out several times. 3) Love its great location close to fish market & Kanazawa castle. We will come back next time & book the room with kitcken!

離近江町市場非常的近，外面就是公車站牌，還提供免費洗衣與洗衣精 方便住宿客不用帶太多衣服的煩惱！房間也算大間！算是很不錯的選擇！

停車場要預先預訂和網上付費，而且停車位置很少。 酒店客務發來Google地圖位置不對，很難找到停車場，晚上抵達沒有路燈，找了很久也找不到，發來的訊息非常不清晰，四處尋找路人查詢也沒有人，最後找了差不多1小時，在附近的政府停車場見到有管理員才查詢到，他也看了地圖很久才知道位置，在酒店後方的橫街小巷，步行約7分鐘。 而停車場位置和酒店位置相距有點遠，酒店門口也不能夠停車先卸行李，很不方便。 不過酒店房間，是挺好的，很清潔整齊，就是一般的日本酒店房間質素。

A nice and clean hotel with spacious room space in a very quiet surrounding. The hotel location is walking distance to many attractions. A bus stop is just outside the hotel. Highly recommended.
