Good location,good service of check in, but no Expedia vip upgrade,also the room without any view.

This was a last minute check-in for me my initial booking was not what I expected. It was a full apartment-hotel with kitchen and washing machine, which was very useful for longer stay. It was very quiet even though it was right in the center. I had some issues with the toilet (the water that kept running/refilling) and a little water coming out of the shower (the bathroom was a bit smaller) and some furniture showed a little bit of wear. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I had a very comfortable stay during my work trip and the staff were kind and helpful.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen! Der Service war von Anfang an hervorragend – sogar unsere Koffer wurden persönlich aufs Zimmer gebracht. Es gab jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner, der sich um alles gekümmert hat und immer freundlich sowie hilfsbereit war. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und insgesamt sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Dort konnte man wunderbar entspannen, frühstücken oder den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: super zentral, mit direktem Zugang zur Altstadt und vielen Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Die Küche war ebenfalls toll ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders praktisch fanden wir außerdem die unkomplizierte Zusammenarbeit des Hotels mit der Autovermietung. Das Auto wurde direkt zum Hotel gebracht und wir konnten den Schlüssel einfach an der Rezeption hinterlassen – einfacher geht es kaum. Insgesamt hat wirklich alles gepasst und wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Vi var jättenöjda med allt. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal, ren lägenhet med allt man behöver för att laga mat, vattenfilter, nära till olika sevärdheter. AC:en fungerade jättebra och var tyst, sängarna var sköna och rummen var tysta så vi sov jättebra varje kväll.

Excellent everything. Only complaint was occasional language issues that were quickly overcome with an app. Would recommend this place to anyone. Location is excellent.

Godt utstyrt kjøkken med inuksjonstopp, oppvaskmaskin, kaffemaskin, brødrister, mikrobølgeovn mm. Alt man trenger. Romslig soverom med kingsize seng og masse skapplass. Bad med dusj og do. Rent og pent. Takterrasse som kan benyttes med solsenger og parasoller. Fungerende aircondition. Vi skrudde den ned på 17 grader. Etter at vaskehjelpen hadde vært der, var den skrudd opp igjen 😅. Hun frøs nok. Personalet er veldig behjelpelige. Vi ba om en stille og rolig leilighet - og det fikk vi. Hørte ikke en lyd, men vi så rett inn i murvegg -og det gjorde ingenting. Gikk en tur opp på festningene - gikk nok "feil vei" opp. Det var en slak gang- og sykkelvei i skogen - lite folk. Idyllisk. Da jeg kom opp skjønte jeg jo at jeg hadde gått "feil" - bratt og smal brolagt "vei" ned igjen - og masse folk - og fantastisk utsikt. Angående flyplasstransport: vi tok bolt fra flyplassen ig inn til sentrum for 19 E. Da vi skulle hjem, var det nok stor trafikk hos Bolt. Da skulle de plutselig ha 46 E. Vi endte opp med "vanlig" taxi til 28 E. Alt i alt - vi kommer tilbake

Poolen kändes lite grumlig, men trevligt med pool och solstolar på terassen!

Godt utstyrt kjøkken for 4 personer. Veldig greit å spise en rolig frokost i leiligheten. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale!

This hotel is right in central Malaga and close to all the restaurants and attractions we wanted to see. The room was clean, spacious and smelled so clean. I would highly recommend staying here. Staff were really kind and very accommodating. Even offered us a late check out and held our bags at reception as we had a late flight out. Also very safe and had two entrances you can use with a key card.

Stayed in the two bedroom two bathroom unit. Staff is amazing. Very responsive and accommodating. Was raining the entire stay. Roof top patio not convenient to get to from the 2nd floor unit. So we did not take our meals up to sit out there. The space was very dark. Location is great near all restaurants and supermarkets. Drinking water machines in the kitchen is very convenient. No dressers or drawers to organise and put away our clothes. Was a bit of an issue for us as we stayed for four weeks. We would stay at this hotel again but in a different room.

Paola was very nice and helpful through your stay. We were upgraded to a two storey room with a terrace which was appreciated. The room was well appointed. It even had a water filtration system so we could refill our bottles and make tea. Having two bathrooms was convenient. The duplex is definitely big enough for four people. The location is very central but just outside of the congested area of the old town. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you, Paola!
