Great place across the parking lot from shoeless Joe's

cleaning staff did not clean rooms. just made bed. stayed for two whole weeks and had the same sheets the whole time. did not have garbages cleaned every other day (more like every 4 days). are not inclusive for people of all tax brackets, they expect you to use only credit for your stay and overcharge your card if you do not have a high enough credit limit.

Lovely hotels. Very clean lobby. Helpful staff. Check in was easy. Room was very large with full fridge, stove top and microwave. Would recommend !

The place was clean, and the staff were friendly. The gym equipment was a little lacking, but everything was in good condition and working. The breakfast was excellent. So often, we are unable to find a healthy alternative to much of the instant junk food hotels provide...The Townplace did have healthy choices.

Our room was clean, quiet and convenient to amenities. The shower could have been a little hotter and the fridge a little more quiet at night. Since we were on the ground level there was no privacy since cars were parked right in front of our window, so we had to keep the blinds drawn at all times, making the room really dark. We’d ask for a higher floor next time. The bed and couch were comfortable but there was nowhere to sit and eat a meal, given it had a kitchenette for long-term stays. Breakfast was fine and had variety. The signage for the entrance to the hotel should be clearer and bigger to be seen from Upper James.

The staff was very helpful and my family enjoyed our stay.

This property is very clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and we had a quiet and comfortable stay.

Feel like home with a sound of the guy next door in your living room

Really nice room. Love the way it makes you feel like home! My only concern was literally no soundproofing in that place. So I listened TV all night with the guy next to me.

Hotel was hard to see from street

The kitchenette was practical enough. The only downside is that there's no extractor fan to remove cooking smells.

The pool was cold and the eggs at breakfast were not good.

The scrambled eggs were appalling, powdered maybe? And the pool was freezing, we have two young kids and their teeth were chattering the whole time. Rooms were clean but the blankets were essentially just sheets.

Very convenient location. Nicely styled room. Bed was too firm.

Breakfast had good variety. Not sure why turkey bacon and not regular bacon though, at least have both options. Hor fresh waffles was amazing! Why hide the expresso machine for breakfast only? Breakfast closed off too early, should be at least 10am not 930. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of towels by the pool. Nice tvs by the common area to watch games and hang out. Bonus to have a resturant in the same parking lot. Should not have to pay for parking. Overall great stay, clean amenities and central location.

Nice restaurants close by, close to the Lincoln Alexander Parkway, clean and modern hotel, nice pool, staff went out of her way to get us some fruit when we missed the breakfast
