Very nice hotel, nice view of Fujisan from hotel, free bicycle rent, but no bathroom in the room, if you want to take a bath, please go to private onsen at 1st floor

American tourist here. Stayed 3 nights with my girlfriend in January 2024. The place has a very cozy and home-like vibe, with tons of amenities that we absolutely loved (bath, rec room, theater room, bikes, laundry, breakfast). If you are coming to Yamanakako, this is where you need to stay. The owner is extremely friendly and despite a small language barrier, he made every effort to make our stay comfortable and accommodated all of our requests. Our room had a direct view of Mt. Fuji, which was just perfect.
